Took today and tomorrow off from my full time job to engage in some much needed training for my second job. Nice break from the daily routine!

A huge shift in the weather today made me happy... Took the doggie out early and it was rainy and cold. Turned out to hit 65 and the sun was hot! Took a nice 3 mile walk.. Alone. Very happy.

I know, right?! I was all set last night, then my Mom called. 2 hours later, we both settled on 'The Abyss', which she really didn't enjoy. We still have tomorrow. I guess 'Psycho' is part of her class, though.

Watched 'Taken' to prepare for 'Taken 2' which I hope to see this week. Then watched 'Save the Last Dance' with my daughter.

Remembering I have tomorrow off!

Hi Ady! I am kinda new to 'Dexter', this being my 3rd season, so I am not the one to ask about the early years. But, I'm not surprised if its true. Very few can keep it real and exciting. I did hear from a friend that the twists in the season premiere are tied to things that are from the first season. I guess I have some homework to do so I can follow along! Nice to meet you! Speaking of malfunctioning coffee pots, I bought one of those Bosch single servers and it got recalled for scalding issues. Yes, I did get burned once by an exploding disc from brewing coffee. So, I went back to a regular 10 pot grinder/brewer. I am usually a patient person, but I hear you when it comes to caffeine rush! I am loving Starbucks Blonde roast right now.
