  1. Sons of Albion are musically exceptional, and they have the only singer on earth who naturally has a voice similar to Robert Plant.
  2. I beg your pardon. Anyway, checking the tour dates, I did not notice any dates for Led Zeppelin in Nashville, only Memphis. So if he sang the San Francisco lyrics in Nashville, it would have had to have been more recently during his solo career. I must look into that.
  3. Were those photos taken in San Francisco?
  4. I think I originally mentioned San Francisco as a likely place to start, and of course I'd be sure to consider Chicago and Nashville as possibilities.
  5. Discography Cat Scratch Fever Stranglehold Free For All I guess I know who's in charge in that tranquil community.
  6. You're welcome; I wish I could have been of more help.
  7. And I'm thinking maybe he did those lyrics in Chicago, too.
  8. People worry too much. Thank you, MotherHen; I'll mark my calendar.
  9. Their drummer, John Bonham, died, and the band decided they could not continue on as they were. They may get back together again depending on where their musical instincts take them. Their level of interest and enthusiasm ultimately will decide if and when they reunite.
  10. "Let the music be your master. .. will you heed the master's call?"; interesting similarity.
  11. Kitty's Back - Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band Oct 30, 2007
  12. Thomas Jefferson has always been one of my favorite presidents. Anyone who can reduce the national debt and still cut taxes on whisky can't be all bad, and his gardens at Monticello have always fascinated me. You can get a window on the history of slavery during that time period from what is preserved from the plantation.
  13. Robert Plant and a lady wrestler?
  14. It's nice to see treatment becoming more accessible.
  15. I also think John Adams was a good president, but I sometimes confuse him with John Quincy Adams.
  16. So far this week this makes the fourth obituary that I have read about a musician. Maybe it's the full moon. Rest in peace.
  17. ^^There he is flaunting his body again.
  18. A jury convicted the group's leader of rape and sentenced him to 10 years to life for his role as an accomplice. Unless the jury was wrong that is a fact to consider along with the rest of the picture.
  19. I was talking about lyrics.
  20. Ted Nugent reminds me of the character in the movie, The Burbs, played by Bruce Dern.
  21. Except the lyrics in the song are about San Francisco.
  22. Prove It All Night - Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band
  23. This is just one of those weeks; rest in peace.
