I mailed this package for a friend last Saturday (on priority, that too!) and now, that package has been misdirected to the wrong facility! To make things worse, this is the second time that the delivery date has been changed! Can't those idiots even read while sorting packages out?!

Thanks, CP! It's my mom's recipe through and through! Well, that chutney is definitely of the hot kind. While Northern India embraces the whole sweet and sour mix into some of their dishes, we Southern Indians firmly believe that there is a fine line between sweet and sour. For one thing, we will never put sugar into curd! Sweet and savoury dishes are separate from each other! Sheesh! CP, did you take photos of the Chicken Makhani you made last evening? I would love to see it!

Traditional Southern Indian Uttapam with milagai podi (translation: Southern Indian dry chili chutney)! We had some batter left, so my mom, dad and I got half an extra uttapam each! A proud moment for me, was when this yummy snack was featured in a Masterclass episode of MasterChef Australia!

FINALLY! The gift wrapping paper that I ordered, has arrived! Who knew that gift wrapping some things for a special friend could be so much fun! While choosing the wrapping paper, I felt like a kid in a candy store! There were so many pretty shades and patterns to choose from! And yes, that special friend is someone on this very forum. A lovely person through and through!
