  4. There are a lot of things you don't know about me.
  5. There was also a Zeppelinstrasse in the town I lived in Germany. Random about me: I'm 46 years old. I have been married for 25 years. I have two kids: a girl, 24; and a boy, he is 20. I have an University degree in Pure Mathematics. But I don't teach anymore. I speak Portuguese, English, German and Spanish. I play the piano (classical music) I'm a gold/silversmith. I have been working with it for 13 years now. I love to travel. I hate flying. I like to cook. And I cook well. My favorite singer is Robert Plant.
  6. But I'm pretty sure that pic was not taken back then. My guess would be the Nobel Prize Ceremony, in 2003. It was hosted by Catherine Zeta Jones and Michael Douglas. Robert did some songs at the ceremony.
  7. Thank you! It's a great feeling, isn't it? Glad to "see" you, Virginia
  8. I have lost some pounds...and I feel fine.
  9. Maybe Joan Plowright, Miranda Richardson and Vanessa Redgrave ? J/k Ev, I like her too.
  10. I'm not sure if Robert played solo in Argentina, but he was there with Jimmy and together they played in Buenos Aires, back in 1996, I guess. Btw, Jimmy met Jimena in Buenos Aires. Edited to add: Robert played solo in Buenos Aires, in 1994 Hi Thamar, bienvenido!
  11. It's cold (12°C - for Sao Paulo it's pretty cold) and wet. But really wet, over 95% humidity...and the humidity makes it looks like it's even colder than it is. As I was younger, winter was cold and wet here too. But during the last years the weather changed and winter has been often mild...till this year. I forgot how uncomfortable winters can be. In the south of Brazil the lowest temperature yesterday was -6°C
  12. If only you had as many good pics of the countless times you already saw Mr Plant, ledded1, your archive would be the best!
  13. Yes, they are. Thank you, Ledded1.
  14. Maybe if I was there with you, he'd have asked.
  15. Show off. I was having a good time looking at the pics, now I'm sooooo envious.... Aqua, you're a spoilsport.
  16. I love the one with the Bendir.
  17. I miss Strange Sensation.
  18. Great ones, ledded1!!!! I wished I was there with you.
  19. Oh, yes, you could!!!!! Sometimes my English is so childish , but anyway I was able to make you understand what I think. But really, it isn't that difficult, because great minds think alike.
  20. During the early LZ years, Robert Plant was simply astonishing. His vocal range was unbelievable and as Otto put so well, Robert was still very young and artistically so mature, it's really amazing. But his voice changed... and I really can't see any problem in it. He learned to use his voice in wonderful ways, he was and still is a fantastic singer, in my opinion, the best ever. And I really like his voice in ITTOD too. Some people say that it isn't his best, I just can't agree. I really love his singing on this album as well on his first two solo works. I also think that now he sounds even better than he did as he was in his mid forties. His singing in Dreamland and Mighty Rearranger is awesome, he sounds like never before: more mature, more conciuos of his vocal power, he knows very well how to use his best now. And though I have always said that I'm not a big Raising Sand fan, I have to admit that his singing on this album is even better than much of his singing as he was younger. It's amazing how Plant still can surprise us.
