    The Breakup

Hi, some good vibes can be required by listening to the song "You didn't break it "by Steve Vai.....it's on the album called "Flex-able Leftovers" Here are the lyrics: "You didn't break it You didn't break it You didn't break my heart when you split You only cracked it just a bit Somethin's changed Though I know my heart ain't plastic I guess through the years it's grown A little more elastic 'Cause this time cryin' time Didn't last as long And my heart just needed minor repairs And it feels pretty strong (Feels pretty strong) And it's movin' right along You didn't break it You didn't break it You didn't break my heart when you split You only cracked it just a bit You didn't break it You didn't break it You didn't break it You didn't break my heart Losin' love, it used to crush me Now it doesn't I just figured it was meant to be Or it wasn't So if you wanna know Now that you're gone, the shape I'm in You never clipped the wings of my heart It's gonna fly again. You didn't break it You didn't break it You didn't break my heart when you split You only cracked it just a bit You didn't break it You didn't break it You didn't break it You didn't break my heart I got somethin' that keeps me goin' I got a habit of comin' around, honey You didn't run me off the highway You only slowed me down" Furthermore I wish you nothing but good luck, and remember....it ain't a crime to be good to yourself !!!! (So please misbehave instead of grieving for too long)
  2. Welcome aboard, Linn.....nice to meet you, truly a pleasure to look at you indeed.
  3. Kashmir, while smoking hashish from that country on a great party, long long ago.
  4. Both are equally great to have.....just like listening two different concerts.

    Drinks

Czech beer....Pivo.....great stuff. At the moment the drink of choice here on this planet is Absinth, the green fairy.....Cheers Cletus!
  6. You never know, but you are seemingly too chicken and/or greedy to ever find out. Speak to you when you are 40 and balloon sized......have a steak on me and on all the women you have missed (If necessary I and/or a woman in Holland will pay for you by Paypal)
  7. So you only spend money on yourself.....no wonder you are lonely! If your ego is not as big as you say...why the hell do you feed it? (Just one question.....are you too fat?) (If so there is a remedy)
  8. holy crap, you look a bit older than I expected.....anyway, thanks for all the good laughs.....you remember laughter indeed.

  9. Incredible edible piece of plastic........thank you Santa!
  10. That is indeed so very true, the less you seek the more surprised you will be!
  11. The dishwasher....just came home and was too lazy to put on music......once I won't be lazy anymore I am planning to put on "Everyone is here" by the Finn Brothers, possibly one of the most enchanting Pop/Rock albums ever.
  12. Well, if you have all the albums, then Mothership is a bit useless to have, since there ain't nothing new on it. If you are planning to buy all the Zep albums in the future, then purchase them one by one and leave Mothership for what it is.....all albums are worh having them on vinyl, and the artwork is just better in LP format (well, at least that is my regarded opinion). The cool thing with TSRTS is that it differs from the original album quite a lot, so both the TSRTS albums are worth having, the old double LP and the new 4LP version are both cool. If you want to have just a great collection to start, then go for Mothership, or try to get a copy of Remasters on LP (six disks with the best songs and some rarities on em). As soon as I can make pics again I will put some pics of the vinyl TSRTS on here. Hope this writewrite was somehow helpful......greetings.....Res.
  13. Heavy Christmas, and a Metal new year, to all you Ledheads here!!!!!
  14. Like the drums on "Terrorists in Camden" :D
  15. Got that right from my kitchen table, ledzep45. In fact my girlfriend purchased it from an obscure looking person with a Jimmy Page mask on.
  16. Still love this one for the enormous effort put into it.....triple coloured vinyl, foldout cover, great sound and a wonderful souvenir of that magickal night. As a cd I like the Wendy version above the others.
  17. Hi people, just returned from the last concert of the recent Whitesnake tour. Always wanted to see them once, and it has been a mixed feelings experience. What really drew my attention right from the beginning of the concert was that Coverdale's vocal melodies didn't synch up with his mouth movements, I even heard him "sing" without him moving his lips at all!!!! What also is quite odd is that you could hear him loud and clearly when he was holding his microphone at around his hip-height. Once home I just wanted to see on the net if somebody else might have noticed this as well, and yes indeed....at more than one gig from this recent tour the same thing got noticed by people who attended shows. Just wanted to know if anybody else here has noticed the same (I got quite a good look at the show, since I stood second row). Although I don't accuse Coverdale to have playbacked all through the show I think at least 50 percent of all his vocalisms were faked. (Haha, maybe Percy was right after all bout Whitefake) :D
  18. Instead of planning other people's careers Coverdale should re-group with Blackmore, Lord, Paice and Hughes and play some music.
  19. Happy birthday indeed, Sam....keep up the good work and please misbehave today......Rock on!!!!
  20. These people belong in an insane asylum, and not in the news. Too bad that some people still don't realize that Nazi's are losers.... Also a big stinkfinger to the officials who found this name good enough for a child, shame on them!!!
