  1. Happy to be part of this community at ledzep.com. So many good people with kind hearts! Eye Thank You!
  2. One of my favorite JBT songs ever - a bit more upbeat and catchy than the others I have posted. They are food for my soul. New disc out tomorrow, Feb. 4, in the US.
  3. I just found out about Arizona losing! Yes, SU will be #1. However, they play Notre Dame tonight and if I'm not mistaken the last time the Orange was #1 they lost to ND - at ND. We shall see. They still have road games at Pitt, Virginia, FSU, and Duke. They will lose 1 or 2 of those games, IMO. I would feel better about the NCAA tourney if they did lose a couple before it begins. At this point that's all they are really playing for - the National Championship.
  4. Thank you CP. We do too. Everything was going as well as possible, until the news on a test result last Friday. But, again, it could be worse and we are staying positive - it's all just so scary. It really is...
  5. It will be interesting to see how intact Seattle remains. Same for San Fran. Who ended up getting the MVP? Went to bed shortly after the finish. Fox is a good coach for Denver right now because his specialty is defense, while Peyton runs the offense. He's now made it to two Super Bowls, with two different teams, so he is a quality coach that's for sure. Thanks Paul for keeping track of everything. This thread has expanded so quickly, it's gotta be hard to keep up with picks made many pages ago. Congrats to Strider for winning the playoffs picks! One play doesn't make a game, you're correct Rick. That Denver center had to be so nervous, if you look at the play clock it was at 10 when the ball went over Manning's head. He never asks for the ball to be snapped any earlier than 6 seconds to go and usually at 3-4 seconds before it expires. So nerves were definitely a factor there. Also Peyton did not appear to be in leader mode on the sideline, maybe that's why he's 11-12 in the playoffs. He doesn't seem to inspire those around him like you see other qb's. Just an observation. Those Broncos receivers had never been hit as hard as they were last night. How many of them didn't gain any yards after catch or even lost yards? Russell Wilson made some great passes to keep the drives alive early on - even when they resulted in field goals. Those "unknown" Seattle receivers came up big too - Kearse, Baldwin, etc. Total domination in every aspect of the game.
  6. Ring #1 for Seattle! Congratulations to the team and their fans! :cheer:
  7. This appears to be the same team, they are just playing against a much better overall team. Seattle has beaten Denver in every phase of this football game.
  8. Well, maybe this IS over....ANOTHER TURNOVER!!!
  9. Of course too early. Still lots of football to be played.
  10. You missed Harvin's kickoff return for a TD? He is so talented, when healthy!
  11. As I was saying earlier last week...Denver has never seen a defense like this! They are rivaling the '85 Bears defense, IMO.
  12. Official "Walter" family picks: Walter: Seattle Mrs. Walter: Seattle Walter Jr.: Seattle
  13. ^ Could be a return of that "fuzzy math" W spoke of...
  14. Thank you for the kind words pph. Hope you are doing well.
  15. Glad for you, Rick, and the Bills' nation! Can't believe that they f*cked over Charles Haley - again! Oh wait, yes I can - he didn't suck the media's d!ck like Strahan. 5-rings...the most ever!
  16. We think having fun with close friends is the best positive therapy right now. There is plenty of time to dwell on this in the coming weeks and months. Staying healthy both mentally and physically is the focus, and that means eating chicken wings every now and then too!
  17. I'll pass that along, KB. Btw, she's a big Bledsoe fan and still pulls for the Pats. She still has his Cowboys jersey.
  18. This is a big-time medical care issue. We are moving into the treatment phase and it's more involved than we'd hoped it would've been. That's what we found out yesterday. Positive thoughts all around!
