  1. Loving it! CS, start a thread on being cynical - this is about a great concert! Waters was fantastic! Great set....loved Bruce too - especially 'Born To Run'!!
  2. I agree! No idea how he would work with Dave, Kris and Pat....don't have long to find out - that's for sure!
  3. I see my girl Gaga is playing with them this Saturday night!! Wonder what they will play with her? Is she the next female co-lead on 'Gimme Shelter'?
  4. Surprised U2 is not playing....maybe they're the "greatest rock n roll opening act"?? Who knows, but I'm surprised the speculation hasn't turned to what you're thinking right now, yet!

    HANG-MAN

averaging 17.5 posts a day, but has better things to do with his time! You're a funny one, "Old Shep"!
  6. Must be an issue on the coaching staff, IMO. I mean between Cam and Harbaugh, or he is looking for a scapegoat?
  7. He has 2 more Super Bowl wins than your organization has in its existence....
  8. One week it's the defense, the next week it's the officials, then Fitz.... As the legendary Bill Parcells once said, "You are what your record says you are!"
  9. I believe she only saw 3 songs....the legendary Tampa '77 riot/rain out show! Still, more than you or I saw!!!
  10. Because there wasn't any. Zeppelin became a non-entity once they officially called it quits and with solo work from Robert, there was no thought of a future. Then 'The Honeydrippers' came and was HUGE, mainly because of Plant and Page together again. Then Live Aid a couple of years later started the whole reunion tour thing all over again. From that point on, it has been obvious how much Zeppelin is still loved, respected and wanted by music fans around the world. So proud to have been a Zeppelin faithful fan for many decades (one short of seeing them together ), especially right now with the current revival and honours being received.
  11. I see VH1 classic is having a "Day Of The Doors" today! Right now watching "Soundstage Performances": "When The Music's Over".....we want the world and we want it now! How prophetic is that 40+ years later, with modern day society!
  12. I see HBO and Palladia both advertising the show for t.v. broadcast, beginning at 7:30 est.
  13. Great news, about IV being back on the charts! About Zeppelin being hated in the 80's.....who was the most anticipated act and who received the greatest response in Philadelphia at Live Aid in '85?
  14. Really breaks it all down right there, doesn't it? Respect!
  15. Edit, because the Stones DID announce they are going to play the gig so I left the rolling eyes for myself, for speaking too quickly!
  16. You have a good woman there, CP!
  17. CP, your stories are amazing! I've gotta party with you sometime! Fantastic!!
  18. Nice picture Tiff! I thought you were younger than 26, btw. Have a good weekend!
  19. Glad you made it Strider! Haven't seen you much lately.
  20. 5 years ago tonight - Led Zeppelin formal rehearsal @ Shepperton Studio, London, 12/6/07.
