  1. RIP John Andretti after a long fight with colon cancer. The racing community mourns the loss of one of the most diversified drivers in history. He ran “the double” (Indy 500/Coke 600 on the same day), ran dirt tracks, endurance races, sports cars, NHRA dragsters, etc and always has a smile.
  2. Hi Ady. Can’t let pesky facts get in the way....
  3. Awesome! Thank you for posting that. ✌🏼
  4. Ocala is definitely horse country...but so is the area I'm in - Winter Garden. There are a number of horse stable just up the road from us. We live on the north side of Disney property - but no tourists come through. I used to work on I-Drive for years when I was in Hospitality Management. I prefer Universal to Disney also. Turning Stone was built after I left, but it is literally a couple of miles from the high school I attended up there. My mother's boyfriend works there. I became a Cowboys fan because my grandfather was one (he was a lot like Tom Landry) and my sister liked the Steelers - so I had to be the opposite of that... My father was a Bills fan and the Giants/Jets were never even a consideration as they both sucked and really weren't represented well in Central NY. Anyway... It wasn't that bad this morning! Beautiful afternoon today...mid 70's
  5. RIP to John, Keri and Alyssa Altobelli. They have been identified as passengers on the helicopter that crashed killing Kobe and Gianna Bryant and others yesterday. The Altobelli's are survived by their son and daughter. Prayers to those kids after losing both parents and sister.
  6. Agreed. Kramer wasn't there last night for their Grammy's performance. Aerosmith were rough, but Run DMC were even worse. "Walk This Way" deserved better...
  7. It gets worse...his 13 year old daughter was onboard also. A teammate of hers and a parent too.
  8. Yeah, it’s so shocking. Prayers to his family and the families of the other 4 victims on the helicopter. Condolences to Los Angeles. Can’t imagine what the city is feeling right now.
  9. The 2020 Racing season kicks off today with the Rolex 24 at Daytona. NBC covering the start at 1:30 et.
  10. Yup. I remember watching the video "Making Pump" where Tyler keeps trying to show Kramer how to play the drum parts and that pissed off Kramer to no end. I think I remember they almost fought over it. Tyler comes across as such an egomaniac.
  11. Both qb's are young, so you'll have to deal with Mahomes for awhile in the AFC. Jimmy G isn't going to be at his level, but that SF team is young and deep with talent. We'll see in another 5 or so years what they are able to accomplish. The league is obviously ever changing and evolving.
  12. Rick, it's no secret where I live - I've said many, many times before and yes, I grew up east of Syracuse. In the "snow belt". I worked in the Adirondacks every summer as a teen, moved here in '85. Termites are only a problem if you don't take care of your home. We are now residing near Disney in west orange county - outside of Orlando.
  13. He was a gambler, so I'm sure that reference was due to losing money on him. Both teams could be on the road to greatness and we might just be seeing the first step for one of them next Sunday.
