Even I am confused as I don't know the answer to some of them, and I have to keep going back to see if anyone has.It seemed like a good way to while away the time. If you know the answer, you answer. 2. If you answer, you ALSO set a new question. 3. If you DON'T know the answer, you don't set a new question. 4. If someone sets a new question without answering the previous one, we should ignore the new question. 5. If you answer and fail to set a new question, you're either trying to ruin the thread, or you're an idiot - in which case, anyone else can set a new question. Alles klar? The only rule I can think of that applies here is the no spamming i.e. overposting which is pretty much a rule for any thread like this.
