I didn't think it was great at all, I jumped up out of the bed about 3 feet in the air in a panic, the sound really freaked me out. When I was kid I enjoy the show once in a while, but sort of forgot about it in my old age, but my 12 year discoverd it a year ago and is hooked on it.
