Thank you Missy! I really really really feel for the parents and other loved ones right now! And yes, if I am being painfully blunt, I do feel downright anger towards the man at this point by choosing to put them through so much hell because of this actions! Probably might sound harsh to some but this is just how I feel, you know? I have been asking myself these last few hours why this guy chose to do what he did. The logic / reasoning behind it all doesn't seem clear to me at all! And it probably never will be! It's just unthinkable in my book!

Strider, Deborah and ebk, at this point I am just so glad to know that my uni is offering counselling services to all those who were unfortunate to have witnessed this first hand! This is something on no account which should be taken lightly. It's pretty much all over the national news now and I just wonder how on earth the uni is going to convey this to the man's parents and loved ones. It's been confirmed in news reports that the man was just in his early twenties! Ugh! I just feel so sorry for this man's parents and the horror they are going to go through! Also, the irony of it all is that some of my friends wanted to go bungy jumping and invited me to go with them! I texted my friends telling them not to do it, after all that has happened! I wouldn't be able to sleep at night just thinking of my friends bungy jumping off a bridge in the central part of city! It just sends chills down my spine thinking about it!

A student died at my University today. It was a suicide. He was a business school student just like me. He jumped from the 6th floor and plunged to his death into the atrium! Something made me not go to University today, even though I have 3 overdue library books. As I write this, my head is throbbing because of my extremely feeble attempts to cope with hard hitting emotions such as anger, shock and sadness! Some of my friends were unfortunately there in the business school building to witness this horrid incident first hand. Some even heard what they referred to as a "loud thump". They believe that the suicide was driven by stress caused by exams. A friend of mine even saw the guy this morning on the elevator, just minding his own business, probably going for an exam! I apologise for my rambings, but I am deeply distressed about this entire incident at this point! I consider myself extremely fortunate to have not been there witnessing such a horrid tragedy first hand!! I feel so sorry for the guy's parents and loved ones! Honestly, what a waste of a life!

I must admit though that while Paranormal Activity 3 was an out and out drag for me, I kinda enjoyed Paranormal Activity 1 and 2 I guess for me it was the novelty of seeing a ghost / ghoul themed movie without all the dramatic music, weird images, etc. which got me the 1st and 2nd time! But, I on the other hand throughouly enjoyed this film (I saw this a few days after Paranormal Activity 3:)

Just found out that tickets for "Led Zeppelin : Celebration Day" go on sale in NZ on the 26th of September! At last, things are finally starting to take shape!

I know the feeling Julia! When members here from the U.S, certain parts of Australia and The UK started getting their tickets, I was honestly really starting to get worried, even though the official website said that NZ was one of the countries where the screening of Led Zeppelin: Celebration Day was going to take place. From the 13th, I literally drove myself insane by constantly checking websites such as eventcinemas.co.nz and Hoyts.co.nz to see if there was any news. I even took the plunge to email Customer services at Event Cinemas to ask them about the screening and on the same day I found the ad on hoyts.co.nz, the folks at Events Cinema emailed me to let me know that the movie was going to be screened on the 18th of October at select regions in Auckland and Wellington and that more info was going to follow soon on their website. Like you, I haven't got my tickets yet and well, everyday I make it a point to check those websites. I really fear that if I don't, I will be missing out on a lifetime opportunity! Anyway, I am taking an educated guess here and I assume that tickets will probably go on sale on the 1st of October in NZ but I have to alert you to let you know that tickets are officially on sale in Italy! Go buy them ASAP!! I think this should make you very happy!
