  2. FYI after the initial shock finally wore off, I will concede that it is in fact Robert singing Royal Orleans reference mix.
  3. Ahh, most people on this thread are spot on. 1970, Japan 1971, and US 72
  4. Dazed reached it's zenith in 73 IMO. That's like a half hour right there lol.
  5. It sometimes boggles my mind how many people here think 75 is so good, sometimes they even say it like it's a known fact or something. 1970, Japan 1971, US Tour 1972=Best
  6. Ohh, I wanna play! "Skinny found a Hello Dolly record in the hall, he sold it to a truck driver, in the fall"
  7. Yep, that's the one! It's a fun one to play around with, you can really get some crazy sounds with the 'Warp' mode. At around 0:53 and 2:14 you can hear some Jimmy-esque stuff in the first vid.
  8. I really like this band, such an original sound IMO. Really interesting that you mention the Zep influence, to my ears the harmonica in 'Poor Tom' has a Supertramp feel to it. (@1:36)

  10. haha same here, my guitar instructor asked me if I ever used the whammy, I said no so we shoved a piece of wood in there. Lucky, PRS are beautiful and great sounding guitars.
  11. Yep, that's Mike 'The Mic' Millard, same dude that recorded 3/24, 3/25, and 3/27/1975 and 6/19, 6/21, 6/23, 6/25, and 6/27/1977. He also got the last 4 songs of 3/12. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mike_Millard http://www.uuweb.led-zeppelin.us/tapers.html http://kernelmag.dailydot.com/features/report/6498/the-tragic-tale-of-a-legendary-concert-taper/
  12. That's awesome man. I used to have the exact same one (bought off ebay?) left it at my neighbors house and forgot about it, he moved away a couple years ago lol. I used to run it through a Boss DD-6 Digital Delay pedal, sounded badass.
  13. Totally agree, man. Especially nowadays with the internet. I guess before then you really had no choice if you wanted to hear them.
  14. Jimmy Page Talks Led Zeppelin Reissues and Legacy, With an Eye on the Future: Exclusive Interview Jimmy Page has a lot of ideas about what he’d like to do next, now that the final three Led Zeppelin reissues have been released. Page recently discussed those plans, and talked more about his return to Presence, In Through the Out Door and Coda, with Paul Shaffer. Shaffer, of course, just wrapped up more than three decades as the bandleader and sidekick for The Late Show with David Letterman. He continues to host Paul Shaffer’s Day in Rock, a syndicated daily rock history radio feature – and there was, of course, plenty of history to discuss with Jimmy Page.
