  1. Bragger!! Were you at one of the Dallas shows? If so, which night?
  2. The Cowboys won't miss him at all. The offense will be less predictable and also the players won't have all of the drama going on the sideline throughout the game. Glad Buffalo has that headache now - if he ever gets over his toe injury!!
  3. I just heard that EV is going to be releasing a soundboard version of Long Beach 3/11/75. Has anyone else heard about this? Peace.
  4. They played "Friends" on 9/29/71 @ Osaka. I just picked up a copy of that show and I agree that it is one of the best acoustic sets and concerts as a whole that I have heard. I do very much enjoy the 6/21/77 acoustic set, the vibe and humor (along with the playing, of course) really create a great atmosphere.
  5. I don't mean to state the obvious, but, Bath was June 1970 and Woodstock was August of 1969.
  6. Obviously we all would listen to Zeppelin anytime/day of the week. But to be the show closer on Monday morning would have been completely anti-climatic compared to the rest of the show. Even though it would have meant for another great sounding soundboard show to listen to, I am still glad they didn't participate in the festival. Peace.
  7. ^ Agreed. I just got that show also and LOVE IT!! Great interaction within the band and the best Train/Nobody's opening duo of the tour, IMO.
  8. Bye, bye Plex. Go Cowboys!!
  9. I don't buy it. I have seen too many times where the gentle pit bull mauls a kid or another dog without provocation. I know your son's experience is different, for now, but I still would not own a pit bull nor let my 5 year old son ever play around one. Just my opinion based on my life experience. Peace.
  10. I enjoy the album, as with all of the rest of 'em. Just another shade in the spectrum of Zeppelin - a different flavor of the Zep's ice cream, if you will.
  11. RIP Mr. Paul. Thank you for all you gave to us.
  12. ^It is easy to believe what is not heard or seen.... I agree, the LA shows (6/21, 6/23, 6/27) would be VERY hard to top!!
  13. With all of these Buffalo Bills updates, where the "F" is Yukon? Or is he under an alias? Hay Jimmy Ray, what's up? Go Cowboys!!!!
  14. Another vote for the St. Louis sbd over Houston 77
  15. You're in for a treat seeing Alice In Chains. Saw them in the fall of '07 with the new lead singer and they hadn't missed a beat (RIP Layne). Peace.
  16. Great quote! It sounds like an invasion is taking place when Bonzo counts them into Immigrant Song. Great show indeed!!
  17. Agreed - they really cooked with the new material on that tour. Although the couple of times I saw them in '98, they didn't play as much new stuff as I would have hoped for. Shining In The Light would have been great!! Wolfman, glad you got to see Bad Co., I would definitely catch them with Paul if they came down here - but not without him. Jones Beach always gets the BEST shows!! Peace.
  18. What kind of a team leader do you think Favre is with all the b.s. he has been pulling the past couple of years? The Vikings are a quarterback short of really making a deep run into the playoffs, but will Favre's 40 year old body hold up? He didn't do the Jets any favors late last season. Camps open in about three weeks - wooohoooo!!
