  1. Are you replying to yourself?? Must be that acid making a return trip!! $500 for those releases? People must have money to burn...
  2. Most definitely. Yeah the forecast is getting better for us with landfall being projected around W. Palm Beach. Then the upward swing will bring it by us on Wednesday as a Cat 1 - which isn't too bad. Lots of rain and wind - but moving so slowly can make it seem like forever. Glad we have a lot of people in our hood to hang out with to kill the time. Plus we all have gas stoves, grills, hot water tanks, etc here so even without electricity we're not completely screwed. Just hope the track stays south. Thanks brotha!
  3. You’re out of your mind. There never has been, nor will be anything sexy about her.
  4. Complete hysteria down here. No gas to be found anywhere and food/water gone from the stores and it’s not gonna hit until Monday. It’s like people have never been through these things before. Where I am, it’ll be fine. Maybe some power outages, maybe some roof damage with older homes. We’re gonna have a hurricane party with all the neighbors. If Irma didn’t get us bad, I can’t imagine Dorian is. But still, same precautions being taken as usual. I picked up a large bottle of vodka. I’m ready! 😉🤣
  5. January of ‘21? Will Hughes live that long?? That’s some long term planning.
  6. I agree. I can work off my buzz during Sunday night football before getting up at the ass crack of dawn!

Man I wanted to be there, but being a parent taxi sucks!! Can’t wait until junior has his license.
  8. I hope it comes together. That first disc was fantastic and their live shows were better. I’d travel to see them, if necessary.
  9. Watching Roger Waters’ “The Wall” concert right now. Just such an amazing spectacle and performance. I definitely prefer the live Wall concert release by Floyd over the official release. I know some don’t like this album at all - but I think it is pure genius at a time when the guy writing it was basically mad and alienating anyone and everyone around him - including his fans. Completely different from all of their previous releases, especially the three legendary predecessors. What’s your favorite side of the double album? It’s a really tough call. As much as I love sides one, two, and four - I have to go with side three. Not just because of CN, but the first three tracks just flow so beautifully, musically, and lyrically. Vera Lynn and Bring The Boys Back Home are so emotional and then the masterpiece - especially live.
  10. No shit....I'm wondering the same thing!
  11. It's a typical QT film. Lots of story that, at the time, seems like a lot fluff - but in the end, it all makes sense. I need to see it again to pick out more details, but I normally say anything over 1.5 hours had better be worth it....this was over 2.5 hours and I never left my seat. Just my opinion though.
  12. I can't imagine why not. I've never played a double neck before, but that's what I've read Pagey say - he kept the 12 string on during Rain Song to get that extra effect.
  13. I don't think they ever did. It was on random and this version just came up - I had to look to see what it was at first because I had forgotten about that intro. That's a show I need to listen to again - been too long.
  14. Happy 71st Birthday Robert! 🎸🎉🎂🎉🍾
  15. Before you resurrected the thread, the last post was New Years' Eve 2014...
