There was about 9" of snow at our house and lots (over 100,000 in our area) of power outages. Ours went out for about 28 hrs; came back on late this morning. It's now getting warmer and it should probably all be gone by sometime tomorrow.

I got hooked on Dance Moms and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills If you haven't watched them, don't; you will get hooked. I also catch the occasional episode of Bar Rescue, Flip the House/Vegas (or whatever) and Swamp People (that one's kind of fun, but I haven't caught it in a while). Oh, and Billy the Exterminator (occasionally, but not recently).

We're like in the bulls eye of the snowstorm; expecting up to 1' of snow tonight through tomorrow evening!

Agreed, SuperDave; that was definitely cool! I enjoyed Adele's performance and Barbra Streisand was a really nice surprise. She looks fantastic; I can't believe she is 70 years old! I do like that they are paying tribute to some older films onstage, although I don't know why they have given Chicago 2 plugs Of this year's films, I've only seen Les Mis and Skyfall. I still want to see Argo and Zero Dark Thirty.

I guess you might consider Dance Moms to be a soap; I do watch that. And the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Although both have really taken a turn for the worse this season (and they were pretty rough to begin with).
