I inherited 2 cast iron skillets and I've been afraid to use them because I'm not quite sure how to clean them. So do you wipe them with a damp cloth and then season with a little oil?

They sound amazing (I love butterscotch!); I will definitely give them a try. I have made turtle brownies many times before, but that's something different (german chocolate cake mix, melted butter, melted caramels, nuts and chocolate chips).

I don't like peas, lima beans or eggplant. I also don't like mushrooms or olives. (Love beets though!).
