Been working on Downton Abbey this weekend (Season 1 on Netflix)

The "Elf" verson of "Baby It's Cold Outside"; for a couple of days now...

Usually I just make coffee at home; we have a Mr. Coffee machine, and we buy either Dunkin or Trader Joe's coffee. Otherwise, I really like Dunkin coffee, and peppermint hot chocolate from Starbucks. There's also a local coffee shop nearby that makes the best gingerbread latte.

Homemade pumpkin bread and coffee

Blueberry greek yogurt with a little homemade granola, and coffee

I had a scary dream about calculus the other night (seriously); I was very happy to wake up from that one. I'm sure it was because my son has been preparing for his pre-calc final (it's today). Math was not my subject.

A couple of Trader Joe's frosted mini gingerbread men (yum!!) Dinner is a spinach/black bean lasagne; cooked in the slow cooker (using the oven today for holiday baking).

All I can think about are those sweet children, and the heroic teachers and staff who died trying to protect them; and all of their loved ones who are dealing with unimaginable grief today. Obviously something in our system isn't working, but I'm not sure how posting my opinions about gun control on a Led Zeppelin board would contribute to a positive solution. In my opinion at least, this thread should be one of peace, unity and remembrance.

The news was absolutely heartbreaking; I've been praying for all who were affected.

Do you have an Android phone? There's an app called iSynchr ($4?) that synchs with your iTunes. You load your iTunes onto your phone using iSynchr, and then you can choose any music there to be a ringtone or a notification sound.
