Oh yes, most of the disco I liked, but then some of it got too corny, so it certainly did wear out it's welcome. I liked some of the new wave and the hair band stuff I could call my guilty pleasures!
It is one of my favorite songs. It is different and I like how it starts out fast and slows down in the middle and then speeds up again at the end. I really like the whole ITTOD album too.
Cute pic and it looks like Carmen (I think) has the cigarette in her finger! Maureen is a stunning woman. I would love to see what she looks like now.
Yummylicious!! Now if he isn't the golden god, then I don't know who is!!
I think it was nice of him to donate his ticket to charity. Whether they are Zep fans or not, I think all of these guys do have a genuine respect for one another's talent and that is good enough for me.
I think you will enjoy it, of course Robert will be there and Alison is great. I think it is cool how these two have come together. Now you have each side that may not have been fans of the other artist before, have gained some new fans I am sure with this project. I can say that I have become a fan of Alison's through her collaboration with Robert. It is gonna be an awesome show and I can't wait!!
Cool, I saw this concert on VH1 a few weeks back and Christina Aguilera is just awesome! I need to buy it soon.
The latest things I have purchased are:
CD- A Hundred Miles or More: A Collection- Alison Krauss
DVD- Respect Yourself: The Story of Stax Records
Oh yes, I absolutely love ITTOD!! It is a different sound of what they have done in the past and I think that is cool. Hot Dog, Carouselrambra, In the Evening, South Bound Suarez, Fool in the Rain, All My Love, I'm Gonna Crawl....all great songs!!
That is such a beautiful song! I have always liked Carly Simon.
I like that one too! I love James Taylor and Carole King. I don't find the song really sad so much, but very moving.
Other sad songs that get to me are:
The Living Years-Mike and the Mechanics
Songbird-Fleetwood Mac
Landslide-Fleetwood Mac
Hey come on now, that is not necessary! Knebby is a great source of info concerning the band and knows what she is talking about. I would love to see them release a DVD of the O2 concerts but we will have to wait and see if they change their minds down the road.
