The narrator says "...even though Denver already had a functioning airport, a new one was built..."

is that not true? i think the previous denver airport was stapleton aiport. till 1995, when the new one opened.

If you convince me the overhead view of Denver Airport at 1:32 of clip resembles a swastika (as alleged) I'll eat my own shit.

start eating, i think it does look a bit like a swastika, though i don't necessarily think it was intentional.

My first point concerning the Denver airport's construction is the fact they already had a functioning airport is hardly sinister. Airports, baseball stadiums, casinos etc. etc. etc. are often replaced over the course of time. My second point is you'll have to convince me to think that's what it looks like - what you think is irrelevant.

an airport? like this one?

According to the videoclip "...the New World Airport Commission never existed..."

2nd Letter To DIA Sent On 10.16.2003

Dear Sirs,

Can you please give us answers to these questions?

(1) Why the picture of a military man killing a white dove?

(2) Why the freemason symbol and the "New World" on the capstone?

(3) What are the translations of the writings on the floors of DIA?

(4) Are there any underground facilities at or around DIA?

I'm posting my letter on the Free Press International Website. I will post your reply's there also.

Thanks,

Greg Ericson

Mr. Ericson,

We have received BOTH of your emails, and we will provide the information you requested within an appropriate time-frame. These questions have been asked ad nauseam by groups like yours throughout the nine-year history of this airport, and quite frankly, they are not our highest priority right now. All of this information has been discussed publicly over and over during the years, and you can select whatever explanation you choose to believe. I have asked our Art Director to find biographical information about the artist who painted the piece you questioned.

She can also provide a fact-sheet on the piece itself. She will also provide some fact sheets about the artwork in the floor. As for the "new world" designation, the New World Airport Commission was simply a group consisting of local business and political leaders who sponsored and organized a number of pre-opening events at Denver International Airport. The airport was to usher in a new era making Denver a world-class city, thus the New World name. The group has absolutely no association with the new world order. And the underground facilities are just baggage tunnels that are used every day by hundreds of airline workers to take luggage to and from the Terminal.

However, these explanations rarely satisfy people who love to believe in conspiracy theories and who are convinced that Denver International Airport is at the center of something sinister. It is important to keep in mind that this airport was the largest, most scrutinized Public Works project in American history. There were cameras and reporters here documenting every single inch of dirt ever moved.

If something strange was going on out here, hundreds of media outlets would have been all over it by now. I'm surprised it took you nine years to send this email. I will get back to you with the information you requested so that you may post it to your web site. Of course, I'm betting you will probably post this as well.

Denver International Airport

New World Airport Commission founder dies

September 16, 2010

ansbacher.jpg?w=132&h=150

Charles Ansbacher, the man who coined the name of the New World Airport Commission listed on the Masonic capstone in DIA's great hall, passed away Sunday night. He was also instrumental in creating the airport's enormous art program, which commissioned works such as the Tanguma murals and the Mustang.

According to this article from the Colorado Springs Gazette:

Ansbacher left Colorado Springs in 1988 to serve as director of the New Airport Art Program, a $7.5 million art initiative incorporating 30 art projects into Denver International Airport's architecture, landscaping and interior design.

"This is the largest, most comprehensive public art project of any airport on earth," Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper told the Cambridge Chronicle. "It's certainly the most provocative, the most transformational. Ansbacher has enriched every place he has been by his own vision and his willingness to give of himself back to the community."

i don't think that it is sinister either, i think the point was just that there was already an airport there, and why didn't they just expand/update it. but i agree, sometimes a new one needs to be built.

if you don't think it looks like a swastika, that's ok. i really don't care. what you think is irrelevant.

your pont is ? of course they would respond in this way.

i am not saying i believe there is anything going on at denver airport, i don't know. but i find it very interesting.

what i do believe is there are lot of things going on in the world today that we should question more, that's all.

talking about these things is important, imho.

Look at the back of an American ten dollar bill. Now, to the right of the statue on the steps of the treasury building do you see the hitchhiker with his thumb out? Looking for a yes or no response to this question before I proceed further.

No. But I'm looking at an image of a Federal Reserve Note. Same pictures?

Of course you would respond in this way. Look, the vidclip you posted claims the New World Airport Commission never existed. I just proved it did.

Clip discredited. Case closed, unless you enjoy these Michael Moore-style documentaries that mix a teaspoon of truth with a pound of bullshit.

^ Don't let him rile you, stz. SAJ obviously wants to be to this thread what Jahfink is to the Led Zepagain thread.

In fact, I even think they might be one and the same. 'SAJ' is clearly the 'smart and occasionally humorous cop' act, whereas 'Jahfink' is just the 'normal cop' - the polar opposite, in other words.

As I explained once, the New World Airport Commission was the committee that was in charge of DIA’s opening festivities, and the name was thought of by Charles Ansbacher - a music conductor and trust fund baby - who got the idea from Dvorak’s New World Symphony (Symphony No. 9 in E Minor “From the New World”), written between 1892 – 1895 after a visit to America.

Even if these theories are now in the mainstream will not not make them LESS credible....they have always been credible........let's remember that " today's conspiracy theories will be tomorrow's REALITIES"....like it or not :):)!

hi spidersandsnakes

i think it is more mainstream to at least think about these theories lately. i know for me personally, i hadn't really thought about them until recently. and i would like to add that i am in NO way an authority on ANY of them. i'm just reading and watching things on the net. some people couldn't care less about them, but i find it fascinating. in the way that cataloging every move that jimmy page makes is fascinating to some, and not others. :D

I'm not sure why there's such acid in this thread. People question things. I see no problem with that. To question makes you a lunatic?

To suggest there is a conspiracy when the facts suggest otherwise makes one an idiot.
