Hi ebk, CP and Walter, nice to hear from you.
I hope you and yours are doing well too.
I'm doing fine. I'm trying to stay calm and relaxed  :bubble: and not to freak out every 10 minutes

Leftover spaghetti with my homegrown turnips/greens. My garden is orgasmically grown of course.
Great stuff, any way you slice it.

Soaking black eyed peas for New Years Day,

1/1/22 Day.. will pick homegrown collards and kale for New Years Day.
Will grill a Boston Butt for the pork factor and most traditional bases should be covered.
Hope to remain healthier, wealthier, happier in 2022.

Absolutely I wish our Forum Members the same. Eat healthy, be safe!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

It's eat at the bar Friday. Jerk Chicken Wings, French Fries. A good Rioja, some very nice Weed and tunes. Gotta love a Friday night?

Well, this is one of the Fridays I'm treating myself to a Starbucks frappuccino, so I agree. I don't allow myself many luxuries, but that's one of them. A couple of times a month is all I can do. LOL

so yesterday went to Stew Leonards and gut a bunch of beef short ribs in anticipation of  the forester currently going on, so just browned them up, about 4 pounds, threw in crockpot, added 3 cups water, beef broth, cup of wine (josh) wifes favorite, beef crockpot mix, diced potatoes and carrots with little celery, slow cooking until 7 tonite, hopefully snow stops, slean up is done, eat well
