Dancin'Days Posted May 1, 2014 Share Posted May 1, 2014 I've been doing 20 minutes on my elliptical and then 20 minutes doing lightweight biceps curls and triceps curls while riding my recumbent bike, 4 or 5 times a week. It's just long enough to watch one episode of one of my favorite series on the internet. After that, I do 4 sets of 20 crunches then 3 or 4 sets of 25 pushups while watching the tube in the living room. I used to workout at the gym but it takes too much time and gas to get there, workout, and then drive home again, so I bought my own stuff and it's working out great!!
