I've been doing 20 minutes on my elliptical and then 20 minutes doing lightweight biceps curls and triceps curls while riding my recumbent bike, 4 or 5 times a week. It's just long enough to watch one episode of one of my favorite series on the internet. After that, I do 4 sets of 20 crunches then 3 or 4 sets of 25 pushups while watching the tube in the living room. I used to workout at the gym but it takes too much time and gas to get there, workout, and then drive home again, so I bought my own stuff and it's working out great!!

My daughter, my sister and I are completing a 30 day 'squat' challenge

I am 46 yrs old, the eldest of the group.

And I am kicking ass!!! Woot woot!

105 squats down, today!

This is why you look so fabulous!

That said, that hurts me just reading it... :D
