FireOpal
Mine are: The depressed (starting up) whammy bar in "In The Evening" around 3:42 of the song The final 8 seconds of "When The Levee Breaks" Those are my faves too! Also, the spidery/witchery guitar stylings on "In the Evening" intro; the scorching solo on "Immigrant Song" live Australia '72 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TVZHUdkruZY Dazed & Confused solo, and so many more... FireOpal
Oh and I've really gotten into Jimmy's megafunk playing on "Trampled Underfoot". It's semi-buried in the mix, so it took a long time for me to notice. I used to think there wasn't much guitar on that song! It's there, and it's awesome, but you have to listen close. I wonder what his "untreated" guitar track sounded like - I bet it tore the roof off the motha, so to speak.
Virginia
There are many, but the one that first springs to mind is his solo in "Ten Years Gone"; which is just gorgeous. That crazy crescendo part in WLL is also really cool, especially through headphones when it goes from one ear to the other.

dedled
The first few notes of SIBLY just grab me and the rest just completely floors me. Live anytime anywhere! Too many others, but this one comes to mind right off
