TheZeppyWanderer
I don't understand how Bron-Yr-Aur should be pronounced. My mum's friends and neighbours in Pensarn say it's " BRONNER- AAAH ! " .... and no, not too many facts we already didn't know - article seems to be aimed at the general public. I have a bootleg where Robert introduces the song and he pronounced it similar - Bronner Aye it sounded like.

Gegenschein
Looks like Jimmy is getting younger Yeah, that got me laughing as well Another good one in "10 things you didn't know about... Robert Plant" on the same site - #6: Lucky break Robert Plant wasn't the first choice to sing as Led Zeppelin's singer – Steve Winwood (Traffic), Steve Marriot (The Small Faces) and Donovan were all on the shortlist. As legend has it, it was Winwood who suggested the band check out a young blues singer called Robert... Donovan? wonder what they've been smoking....
