Just got a report that people are abandoning their cars on a local highway here. Still waiting for our son to get home from the Boston area.

Use toner. I know. It looks like water and you think "do I really need that"? In a word...yes. The most compelling reason I have to convince you of the need for toner in your skin care routine is tap water. Not only does toner remove cosmetic residue like makeup and sunscreen, but it removes the residue left behind on the skin from the tap. Chlorine, fluoride and sodium are present in most water supplies, and when left on the skin can cause irritation, leading to premature aging. Nobody wants that! Toners are easy to use, so no more excuses!

I feel terrible for his children. I can't imagine what they saw leading up to his death. Addiction affects everyone, not just the user. (Not to mention the risk of HIV.) I hope they have good folks around them.

I have been watching 'from the land of the ice and snow' and feeling so bad for you all!!! People can drive with an inch or two of snow on the ground, believe it or not!!! You just need someone with sand and ice melt...oh, and brains!!!!

Went to see August: Osage County with a gal pal.. Great cast! I could watch Ms Streep all day, and Julia Roberts is like nothing I've seen her in since Erin Brokovitch. Outstanding performance. If you belong to a family, go see this movie. Every member is represented, and it even offers a few really dark surprises. Yikes. And Olive from "Little Miss Sunshine" is all grown up! When did that happen?!? The theatre was empty which was a pity, really.

Homemade fried rice for me. Tacos for my son. Soup for my daughter. We are all trying to do our own thing in the kitchen. My 17 yr old has the Red Carpet blaring on every television she can find so she doesn't miss anything!!! It is SHEER MADNESS!! And I wouldn't change for ANYTHING. <3
