My Tigers take 2 of 3 from Cleveland on the road and are actually entertaining to watch. 2 games under .500, and 2 games from the divisional lead in a lousy division. I hope they wait until at least July 1st to see how things play out before trading their best pitcher. I'm also becoming a big fan of 2hour and 15-minute games.

I find it slightly mind-blowing to hear someone say their first experience with Zep was through "Early Days/Latter Days". You went down the Zep rabbit hole as a teenager the first time while staring at astronauts? Sorry...just showing my age. His thoughts on putting Achilles & NFBM back-to-back were interesting. Jimmy could have made a fade out/fade in between the two that might work quite well and be a great start to the album, but I'm not sure the material on side 2 would be strong enough to stand on its' own. The drumming during "The Presence Theme" was just sad. There's so much filler it took 20 minutes to get to the era and album itself. Is he trying to infer that the robbery in New York was mob orchestrated? I always enjoy listening to the first album & Presence back-to-back. To me it's like Zep purity from two different eras.

I think the Hotel/Motel industry has been the worst. They can hire, they just don't want to pay the wage and hurt their new profit margin. Throw your dirty towels in the hall, empty your own trash, pools and athletic centers closed, half their services available, and they're charging 2 to 3 times the rate. It's enough to make a single guy buy an SUV so they can sleep in their car in National forests and BLM land *cough*. Seeing lots of people sleeping illegally in rest areas out East. Always amazed me when you head out West to places like Nevada & Wyoming where you see posted signs at rest areas stating, "Please limit your stay to 14 days." Wouldn't want to upset the coyotes and desert rats.

I'm hangin'. Watched both games in & out. You couldn't pay me to sit out there. Couldn't have been more than 500 people for the first game. We can't field or hit. Spencer Torkelson is doing a great Rob Deere imitation. Maton hitting .170. Baez is our best player and I think he's an idiot. Not much hope in the farm system either. Watching Scherzer and Verlander remind me of happier days.
