As it's Friday we are going Indian and this could be a classic.

Poppadoms with Mango and red Onion chutneys at the bar with a few glasses of Sauvignion Blanc and some green

Kashmiri Lamb Rogan Josh. This classic from the North of India contains no onions as is the norm for Kashmiri cuisine. I have made a spice mix of black and green Cardamons, Kashmiri Chillies,Cloves, Cinnamon and Cumin Seeds. Also a paste of lots of garlic and ginger

I will add yogurt to the meat when browned then this mix. Water and cook for an hour or so. Ground Fennel, Garam masala and ground almonds towards the end with Coriander leaves for garnish

Butter Naans on the side.

Peach and Mango tartlets with Greek Yogurt.

Wine and green and tunes in front of the wood burner.

Fish this evening.

Pan fried Hake Filet with a Lemon Butter sauce. Sweet Potato Mash, Garden Peas. A couple of glasses of red and a joint. Settle down to watch  United against Plant's team. We will go third of we win and we do owe the Wolves a beating
