The ‘Baby’ hitmaker hosted a meet-and-greet with fans in Miami, Florida last week and during the event, he kissed one of his devotees on the cheek. The young girl posted the snap on her Twitter page and it quickly went viral after keen-eyed bloggers spotted what looked like Bieber cupping the girl's breast. She tweets, "IM DYING HAHAHAHHAHA IT LOOKS LIKE JUSTIN'S TOUCHING MY BOOB IN THE PICTURE AHAHAHAHHA... Let me clear this up for people who can't read, NO I did NOT ask Justin to touch my boobs... I whispered that it was my 2nd time sneaking in & he kissed me on the cheek in the picture & it looks like his hand is there. "People can think what they want but I know what really happened & Justin does too, so everyone else's opinions don't matter to me." Bieber has yet to comment on the incident, but earlier this year he was caught in the centre of another controversy after he was photographed smoking what appeared to be marijuana in a California hotel room. He addressed the scandal in a post on Twitter, writing, "Everyday growing and learning. trying to be better. u get knocked down, u get up... i see all of u. i hear all of u. i never want to let any of you down. i love u. and... thank u... like i said... 2013... new challenges. new doubters... Im ready. We are ready. see u all tomorrow and everyday after that." How depressing, why do we never get to read about modern musicians defiling women with mudsharks or destroying entire floors of hotels...is this seriously the best they got?
