Golf course looking like a potato field with Zero chance of having a round until the end of April. Assuming of course it stops raining. So there is a place worse than Rochester for being into Astronomy. England. Hoping we get a clear day on April 8 as the total eclipse of the sun will occur here. Stryder1978 Posted April 8 Share Posted April 8 Gorgeous Friday with sunshine and 71 degrees. Saturday was a high of 49, clouds and constant winds of 20-30 mph with gusts to 69 mph! They even shut the interstate down to the Wyoming border. Excel Energy shut off power in some area to prevent broken lines from starting brush fires. Wind finally ended last night about 2100 hours.
