Oh well here goes; The chief of a Native American tribe (it doesn't matter which one - it's a joke) was celebrating his 100th birthday. The government decided to treat him to an all expenses trip to a five star hotel of his choice. This is all arranged and he picks his favourite squaw to accompnany him. When in the hotel he lays on the bed and his squaw sits cross-legged on the floor beside the bed. As he is old he has a little nap, when he wakes up he orders "squaw water", the squaw goes out and comes back a few minutes later with a glass of water. He is delighted that it took so little time. Anyway he has another nap, when he wakes up he orders "squaw more water" once again she leaves the room and returns a few minutes later with a glass of water, once again he is impressed with the speed of her getting the water. He has another nap and once again he wakes up and orders "squaw water" once again ahe leaves the room but returns with an empty glass and he says "squaw, why no water?".....she replies "White man sit on well"

Led Zeppelin song you can most relate to?
joe (Liverpool) replied to DAS's topic in Led Zeppelin Master Forum
Tangerine, it reminds me of a woman I met in Newquay Cornwall in 1973, she came from Morden in Surrey and treated me like shit whenever I saw her, when I listen to Tangerine it reminds me of her. I went to visit her once.......never saw or heard from her again. -
Why would you post a thread of yourself on this website ??????????????

I had my hair cut just after my mother died in March 2009, never had it cut since (she hated it long). I haven't had it cut since, my wife and two girls hate it, but there is no grey in it yet so it doesn't look too bad.

Fascinating, honestly, it's like a foreign language to me, I have never been into a betting shop in my life but I did win a fair amount when Red Rum won his 3 Grand Nationals. My brother was going to the Betting Office so I asked him to put on a bet for me......I did pay him of course.

I have been a fan since 1968 and I have NEVER skipped over a track I have all of their studio albums on vinyl. I don't like lots of singers and groups so I simply do not buy their albums. When Zeppelin were still making albums I didn't think...Oh I better not buy that as I may not like some of the tracks.

If Led Zeppelin Played Beatles Covers
joe (Liverpool) replied to jabe's topic in Led Zeppelin Newbies
It would have been interesting if they had covered some Beatle tracks,e.g. "The End", Bonzo could have showed Ringo how drums were meant to be played. -
Robert and Jimmy's marital status?
joe (Liverpool) replied to Cashmere's topic in Led Zeppelin Newbies
I have been a Zeppelin since 1968 and never once was I the least bit interested in their marital status, their private lives are their own. I bet there are some sad bastards out there who even know their birthdays......Who cares just listen to the music, I have the complete collection of many artists and groups and I don't know anything at all about their lives only their music. -
Anytime now.......it is before 1980 isn't it, if they do go to Michigan please take pictures ....you'll be a millionaire pretty soon afterwards. Let me give you a subtle hint John Bonham died 22 years ago......has a light gone on inside your head yet??????

People who don't spell "Zeppelin" correctly.
joe (Liverpool) replied to BlackDog71's topic in Led Zeppelin Newbies
You all seem to have strayed from the original topic, where I come from people say know what I mean like, fortunately I am not one of them, but it is annoying when people spell it wrong especially when advertising goods, Christ all they have to do is look it up first. Anyway stop slagging each other off.
