  1. Just heard that Sterling was fined $2,500,000 and banned for life from the NBA...
  2. A little post-race altercation between Marcos Ambrose and Casey Mears after last weekend Richmond Cup race.
  3. Yeah the 'chorus' usually is the riff...they certainly don't have many "traditional" chorusses.
  4. Yes, it was my first '75 soundboard. I got a copy in '88 through ZOSO magazine. OTHAFA is a monster! Good show, has the part after Moby Dick surfaced? Plant was pissy, bitching about the crowd...I need to pull that one out again soon!
  5. Happy birthday to the late, great Dale Earnhardt. He would've been 63 today. RIP
  6. The Song Remains The Same on Palladia
  7. The Yankees playing .600 ball in the month of April with Teixeira injured and weak relief pitching, sounds great to me!
  8. jabe, my take is that he will be long gone before the Cowboys make their first pick. Of course, Jerrah being Jerrah, Jones might make a play for him IF he were to slip down to 10th or so.....with my blessing, btw. Romo is coming off his 2nd back surgery and is 34 and a headcase to boot. I still don't think he will be around long enough. This should be a very interesting first round, next week!
  9. Or when Robert references the LLM lyrics at Earl's Court May 24th show, by joking they wouldn't be playing anything "groovy" like that during the show. Personally, I LOVE the song - always have! I remember when SNL would use it as the closing song from their "weekend update" portion of the show. Walter Jr. loves it also, except he has his own lyrics ...."live it, love it, you know you want it!".
  10. One of my first bought vinyl boots back in the 80's. I listen to a tape copy of it now and can't believe I thought it sounded good back then....spoiled now, I guess!
  11. Just picked up a copy of 4/28/77 and am really enjoying it! I had read lots of good reviews of it, but stayed away from listening to clips until I had my own copy....guess since today is the anniversary, I must continue through the acoustic set and onward!
  12. Having never heard the Atlanta '73 boot to confirm, people have said on this board they practiced a jam during that soundcheck which was also played at that opening US '73 tour show at Fulton County Stadium. Based on that being said and the state of Plant's voice, Bonham's drum sound, and Jimmy's playing - it seems that a pre-tour soundcheck from Atlanta has to be the location and time this gem was recorded.
  13. No, you aren't the only one. Maybe the 22nd, as we don't have a great audio version of that show.
  14. Glad you were able to get things straightened out without giving up too much!
  15. I think that is a brilliant move by the Seahawks. Pryor's game is similar to Wilson, he needs guidance and a mentor to increase his skills. I wonder how long until he will want out of there and a chance to play though? Workouts have begun in many facilities!
  16. Mrs. Walter wanted to say thank you for everone's kind words, thoughts, and prayers. You guys are awesome! Happy Easter!
  17. 2014 draft will be 2 weeks from Thursday!
  18. Double vote, LZF, you can't use the DVD for scoreboard then turn around and use the songs too....
  19. Hitch the last half of 6/29 (Zurich) to the first half of 6/30 (Frankfurt) and you have one heck of show!
  20. So true, Strider. The art will live past both of these men, it's a shame they can't come to terms with the intent of the project and see it through.
