Just put the coverage on my computer at work with Adam Scott leading heading into "amen corner"....and he puts it in the drink at 12!
  2. So I wonder, what happened to the Baltimore footage he said they taped? There isn't a soundboard out for that show either, is there?
  3. The Ways to Love a Man - Tammy Wynette I am so over current country. I feel like it lost its individuality about 5-6 years ago and now most of the male singers sound very similar and the lyrics are about either a.) being a crazy redneck, or b.) military/patriotism.
  4. Very nice, Sam! Thanks for posting that - nice way to begin a Thursday morning!
  5. PP, I find that 1 out of 3 motorcyclists drive with the care you described you did. But that is over here too, where many don't even wear helmets either - so you know what kind of mindset they have! Oh and believe me, car drivers are rough too....inconsiderate, too aggressive, too focused on their phones than their car/lane they are driving in, etc. We could go on forever about drivers!
  6. Same with motorcyclists....they say "look twice, save a life". That wouldn't be necessary if they weren't coming up on traffic at 100 mph and weaving through the middle of the lane like an idiot!

Yeah, CP, I'm picking similar to you... Jason Day Adam Scott Matt Kuchar Justin Rose Phil Mickelson I like Fowler, but he can never seem to put 4 solid rounds together... Of course sleepers to watch always seem to include Angel Cabrerra, Miguel Jimenez, and Fred Couples.
  8. Pecan pie would be a good Georia-type dessert. Also, collard greens, corn bread, black-eyed peas, and something containing peaches - since Geogia is the "Peach State". Just some ideas...I'm sure Sean would have many better items. WC - that sounds wonderful, btw!
  9. ^ Yuck! I can't stand Strahan, can't even watch 'Live' with he and Kelly.... Strider, I didn't know our very own Charles White was on DWTS??? Must be looking to get laid!
  10. Good read, KB, thanks for posting that. I agree, SAJ, Paul has kept the band going without all of the bs Gene has brought forward. He is a class act for sure! Never knew about the anti-semitic stuff before now.
  11. Agree with you jabe, and if she did state that herself I will step down on that comment also. I never had seen that said, publicly, before. She is sorely missed on multiple levels. So, back to Jimmy's management....
  12. "low life jerks"? Kinda like one that has resurfaced, again? However, I know you would not have wanted the 3-day suspension information posted by another member, SAJ - surprised to see you posting that. Her knowledge and overall good-hearted nature is sorely missed around here and the "losers" who did what they did to personal aspects of her life are just that and surely have a sad existence, otherwise they would carry on the way they do time and time again.
  13. By far better? Last year when the Yanks were at about a third of full strength, they hung in with your overachieving O's to the last week, so don't give me that crap. 5-3 after starting 0-2, not bad especially losing Teixeira and Robertson to the DL already....I still think Girardi is one of the most underrated managers in baseball.
  14. Just had this statement sent to me earlier today: You can catch Lady Gaga's final performance being live streamed on: www.getmoregaga.com tonight at 9pm EDT, brought to you by Verizon. Hope any fans out there get a chance to tune in for this final show at Roseland!
  15. That is sad, leaving behind two little ones and all... I don't know much about the details of her life, what was so wrong DD? Obviously any 25-year-old that passes leaving behind a family is sad, is that what you were referring to or did she have a tumultuous life? Pardon my asking... RIP
  16. Yes, I just caught up on my F1 races yesterday. I'm enjoying the season so far, marlam! The cup race from Texas was rained out yesterday - that makes 4 of the first 7 delayed or postponed due to rain....they will race today at noon, et.

    March Madness

^ Not for me! Can't stand those Gators! Congrats to UConn and Kentucky....who would've ever guessed a #7 vs. a #8 seed for the national championship! Neither in the top-25 when the tourney began. Monday night should be a great game!
  18. Mrs. Walter loves the Rio and Adam Ant covers too! Surprised to see them!
  19. ^ Very nice! Watching the nationwide race from your area, Zepscoda! Had a few cocktails for happy hour tonight myself, while checking out LA Forum 3/27/75 show. Nice evening in the south, it looks like!
  20. There is a 100+ page discussion on this topic over in the 'News' section. There is a search function here to find topics of interest. Welcome to the forum.
  21. That's what I thought...
  22. Since I've Been Loving You - March 27, 1975 - LA Forum .....very nice!
  23. Tonight on SiriusXM, channel 2, at 11pm et/8pm pt the Gaga concert from Roseland will be broadcast. You can also catch it through their website and smartphone app. Juliet, or any others who are interested, check it out. She has been playing about 13-song sets through her residency there this week - before she closes the place down on Monday.
