  1. Achilles Last Stand....unless you were trying to get some - then All My Love!
  2. The smell is intoxicating, Cecil. This will be the first vinyl I will have purchased since the 80's and I don't currently have a working turntable. All the more reason to get the old one working again...
  3. stz, I hope you two enjoy your two days together and he has a great b-day!!! Whoopie Cat - I'm JEALOUS! I wish I could attend that show, it sounds incredible! JBT is one of my top bands, but they never come to florida and play. Enjoy!!! I'm happy for two reasons.... Mrs. Walter is now through 4 of her 6 chemo sessions - should be done with that part of her treatment at the end of May. It's FRIDAY!
  4. That's what I was saying, how do you know whether or not he will be on the sidelines? Trumps ego - provided he actually would buy the Bills - would put him in the papers talkin' trash, walking the sidelines, and probably moving the team to NYC, just so his mug can be in front of the cameras. Same as he has done every time his t.v. show needs some attention.
  5. How do you know if he will be on the sidelines like Jerrah? I totally can see that big ego doing exactly that and more.... I always love your rebuttal as to why the Bills lost those SB's - bottom line is 0-4! At least the Broncos have now lost more SB's than you guys!
  6. Well, my boy Harvick won again last weekend, completing his winning of all 4 of the crown jewels of NASCAR (Daytona 500, Coke 600 - Charlotte, Brickyard 400 - Indy, and Southern 500 - Darlington). He is now locked into the playoffs for September with his 2nd win of the season!!! Now he just needs a Cup Championship to be a lock for the Hall of Fame of NASCAR. Love it! Is there an F1 race this weekend, marlam? NASCAR has its first off weekend, as it traditionally does, for the Easter holiday.
  7. Rick, refresh my memory....how many titles did Trump win in the USFL with the New Jersey Generals - back when you could actually buy a great team, compared to the salary capped NFL of today? Oh yeah, now I remember - the same number as the Bills have won.....
  8. Donald Trump is a bigger ego maniac than Jerrah - I can't even imagine the side show that team would become! I could be a fun ride though!

Bubba played a very solid last round, job well done. I thought that someone would've made a run at him with some birdies on the back nine, but that's what happens when you have young guys/old guys/non-major winning guys all in a pack. Couples being up there wasn't a surprise at all - he has consistently been on the leaderboard going into Sunday the past few years. I was surprised by the lack of international competitors being up there on the weekend though....

Bubba Watson in the house with a 68 today and a 3-shot lead at -7, including 5 birdies in a row from #'s12-16. Mickelson looks like he will miss the cut, oh well....
  11. I cannot stand jalapeno peppers in cornbread....to each his own!
  12. Not a bad ride Jimmy has there....that's an executive plane, correct SAJ? Love his signature! Thanks for sharing.
  13. I agree that the way they decide who is in and who isn't is a joke. But to many of the acts who have been inducted, it is an honor to be placed put in next to many of their idols, influences, and peers.
  14. So I hear that KISS was very business like in accepting their HoF inductions last night and stayed with their statement of not playing together, as requested. Apparently they were the only band who didn't go over their allotment of time with their speeches and were cordial with one another. Congratulations on receiving their induction. It still is strange to me that a band whose image and stardom was really based as a live act, didn't even play live when they were FINALLY honored as one of the "greats".....
  15. I agree, it's a fun song and I LOVE how 'live' the drum sound is! Production wise, it's the best song on the album - IMO. It would've fit nicely on LZ IV too.
  16. I will get it from Mrs. Walter and pm it to you, KB.
  17. You boys are both right on. Vidalia onion dip is great with chips - or just using the onion in many different recipes. KB, that was good too. Mrs. Walter makes a fantastic corn bread with Jiffy corn muffin mix, a can of cream corn, a can of whole corn and some sharp cheddar cheese. It is fantastic with bbq, ham and many other dishes as a side. Hope you food fiesta goes well, CP!
  18. You actually need to go back to the September '70 shows to begin the comparison....it's tough because Mike Millard almost single-handily tips it in LA's favor, IMO. Both venues brought the best out of the band, it just seems like the overall vibe was better at LA shows than NYC shows.
