The Raiders are proof the preseason does not matter. The Raiders went 4-0 in the preseason. Big whoop. They have now lost to the dregs three weeks in a row. If it wasn't for Houston they would be the worst team in the NFL. It might be time to pull the plug on Josh 2.0 and Derek Carr and rebuild from the ground up. What they have now ain't working.

Carr on 3rd down did hit tight end in the chest and he bobbled it before defender got his hand in there, so Raiders could of won but Matt Ryan running  for 30 plus yards? put a fork in them

That was the game of the year yesterday--and one of the most nerve wracking. One thing I still will never figure out is why do coaches, late in the game go to that prevent, or soft zone coverage--or whatever the hell it is called--and just let opposing offenses just march down the damn field. I believe the LA Lambs did that same shit last week.

I almost shouted at the tv on those last few Buffalo drives, why not just let Josh Allen or Diggs walk into the damn end zone. Anyway, great game, indeed... 🏈

How many times is Minnesota going to benefit from the other team's brain-dead defensive backs on pass plays? Remember the Minnesota Miracle against New Orleans? All the Buffalo guy had to do was knock the pass down. It was 4th down. An interception gives you worse field position...just punch the ball down instead of trying to catch it.

"4th and 18" will now join other Buffalo heartbreak phrases such as "wide right" and "13 seconds".

Also, Minnesota and Buffalo executed two of the worst quarterback sneaks back-to-back at the end of the fourth quarter. A clinic in how not to run a qb sneak.

That was a game killer but the play that is far more memorable than that is the blown kneel down.   This goes down with that famous play  between Eagles and Giants back in the 80s, Pasarchek?   Remember that?  All Josh has to do is kill the clock.  Kneel the ball down and its over.  And they fumble the snap.  I do not know if its Josh's fault or the center?  Hard to tell.  Lucky catch by Jefferson though.  Do not forget, Tredevious White was activated two weeks ago and still has not played.  He is our best CB and has not played in a year.  Torn ACL.  Supposed to be ready.   Lets see if he plays vs Cleveland. I wish I knew what the hold up is.

Bills game vs. Browns could be moved to Detroit amid massive snowstorm (msn.com)

A Dome does have its' advantages.  Come on down Rick.  Rooms are cheap this time of year, if you can endure that white-knuckle drive around Lake Erie.

So the Bills will play 2 games in a row in Detroit, but only 4 days apart and both should be winnable for them. I seem to recall you have a love/hate relationship with the Lions, what did you think of Stafford going to the Rams and making it look easy to win a S.B.?

So I hear it’s official.  Bills game moved to Detroit.  I wonder how many Cleveland fans will make the trip and if they will honor Bills ticket holders that make the drive.  It’s a long drive from Buffalo where the snow is coming down now!  ❄️ ️

Go Bills.  Several Bills were listed Ill today.  More to worry about.   Here is your chance to go to see Bills and Lions Bongman

Never been in that neck of the woods.  I’ve only flow. Into Detroit.  So I wonder how they will honor the tickets.  Last time Bills were moved there they were free.  Ralph Wilson was from Detroit.  This Bills team is far better than the old one that went there. We can’t afford to look past these two opponents.  I think the Jets have a good shot of ending their NE curse?  I wonder how many Browns faithful will make the drive?

The last two Super Bowls were won by defense, not quarterbacks.  Stafford wasn't the most important ex-Lion during last year's Super Bowl, it was Defensive tackle Ashawn Robinson.  Donald was double-teamed, and Robinson stepped up on the D line to have a career game.  Stafford is a good tough QB, but he's shown his limitations this year if he's not surrounded by other talent.  The Lions last playoff berth was because of their Defense, not Stafford, and the road to winning the NFC North is through that side of the ball.  I have no love for our coach Dan Campbell. His game decisions are suspect.  I do like our GM though, and from trading Stafford, trading TE Hockenson, and concentrating on the defensive side of the ball first, that is the key to future success.  As bad as our defense currently is, we already have 5 keepers (Okudah, Hutchinson, Paschel, Rodriquez, and Joseph).  One more draft should do the trick.  Hutch has already made 3 plays worthy of an 8 year veteran.  Smart dude with a motor to match.  The Lions made the right pick.  Same with Okudah.  He's turning from a bust to a force.  He can cover and he's one of the best tackling cornerbacks I've ever seen, including 14 in one game a few weeks ago.  I wouldn't be surprised if a move to Safety isn't in his future.  Jamison Williams lies in wait and another two #1 picks in the draft.  I see hope and a plan.

You might remember I went to the 2014 Bills game vs. the Jets under the same circumstances.  The tickets were free, and I got mine through a season ticket holder that got first priority.  Both the Jets and Bills sucked at the time.  Now you are contenders and Cleveland is only 3 hours away.  Tickets go on sale at 2pm today.  I'm on the fence about making the effort.  I need to touch base with my football partners in crime.  The local bars, restaurants, hotels, and casinos sure appreciate the extra business though.

This is the 3rd game moved to Ford Field.  The Vikings came in 2010 when their dome collapsed.  However, you would have to pay me to see the Vikings.  BOOOO!!

What a nightmare finish last week.  Games like that make you wonder if it was rigged. How the hell do you mess up a kneel down to win the game?  Unreal.  Everything went Minnesota's way.  I believe the Bills can run the table. But the big concern is this illness that went through the locker room.  Some did not practice including Matt Milano.  I do not blame you for not wanting to go through the bullshit of standing in lines, going to one of those bathrooms, then getting stuck in traffic after the game, and its not even your team.  I do not see the  Lions having any chance vs the Bills on Thanksgiving, which means they will probably make me sweat.  The  Bills offense should score at will.  We need to beat the Jets and Miami at home, which we absolutely should.  Beat Belecheck down on Dec 1st, the only Amazon Prime game I have, and run the table. Its very do able. But the injuries bother me. i have no clue why T White has not played yet?  McDermott, the little shit who I cant stand, wont say anything. The all pro CB was taken off IR and still has not played.  He could have covered Jefferson last week and stopped that nonsense on 4th and a  mile. Good luck if you decide to go.  If you can see these games on TV, your better off.  But its up to you and your buddies there.  Maybe it would be fun?  Not sure how many Browns fans will go?  They are good fans, like Toronto fans in hockey. .Cant keep them away.  But they are out of it this year, no chance without their new boy Watson.  We need to give them a proper beat down regardless of how many Bills fans make the trip.

Happy Thanksgiving.  Ill have the Macy's day parade on in the morning, start drinking good California wine I have in my wine rack, and the Bills are on at 1230 on Turkey day.   My only worry about the Cleveland game is Chubbs.  He is going to try and run it down our throats. If Milano is not in, its trouble  That means they run, get first downs and keep the  ball away from Josh, who should light up their secondary like a Xmas tree.  Speaking of which, we likely will buy a table top again.  A real one.

So someone told me its faster to go through Canada to drive to Detroit from here?  I assume taking the Windsor tunnel, which I have never been to.  But that also means getting jerked off by Canadian authorities at the border for an hour and a half if you are lucky.  No thanks.  Never going back to Canada

Somewhere Ralph Wilson is smiling.  He’d be happy to see the Bills and Lions working together even though in 4 days they will be playing against each other.  Will be interesting to see if Cleveland fans show up in numbers?  I expect a good number of Bills fans

Dallas exposing Minnesota as frauds.

Not sure that’s fair as they have exploited the loss of their left guard.  I think Vikings celebrated their miracle in Orchard Park too long.  They have not gone to their big weapon Jefferson like they did in our game.  It is a very strange year.  NE won that defensive battle on a punt return for a TD.  Tough way for Jets to lose

OMG the damn Raiders are going to send game to OT!  I have 3 more parlays I can cash .  Need Denver, Bengals and Chargers

look at these funky Bengals uniforms

Damn these Raiders

Chargers "Chargering" as usual.

Rick, those Cincinnati uniforms today were atrocious. Complete eyesore.

Can't believe the Raiders didn't shoot themselves in the foot and actually won an overtime game for a change.

Not that the Giants offense is anything yet, but the Lion's defense certainly looked stout yesterday. I had heard they give up a lot of points, and thought letting Hockenson go was a sign they had given up on the season. The TE they kept does look good though. Good luck in the future with them, you've certainly hung in there as a fan.

Don't forget March of the Wooden Soldiers! This will be the first year in decades that we won't get a large live tree - we have an exuberant big puppy with a thrashing tail. And my wife has declared the spruce out front too tall for me to go up and put lights on anymore. Maybe we'll look into a table top tree also.

Less work.  I have my cats.  They like whack light bulbs but have calmed with age.  I have my share of Bills and Sabres Christmas ornaments to go with the traditional Xmas ones. I wonder if the Lions 3 game winning streak is something for us to worry about?  There is no doubt who the better team is.  And Josh Allen should light up the Lions secondary better than any Xmas tree.  Laying 9.5 on the road is never something one wants to do.  But given the choice,  I think the Bills blow them out. The real bargains for you gamblers are in order, the UNDER ON the NE/Minn game.  Under 42.5 is the current number, this is a game that has under written all over is. Good defenses, and NE offense is bad. Minnesota should shut them down. Dallas and Giants I am going over because almost every year the late game on Turkey day is a high scoring affair.  This should be no different. But I do not like Jones. I say next year the Giants will have a new QB for Doboll to work on.  Go Bills!!!!!!!  Kick ass

My other big concern is, WHY THE HELL HAS T WHITE THE CB, NOT PLAYED YET?  Taken off IR 3 weeks ago and still has not played.  And he is the guy we need. If he had covered Jefferson in that crazy game, they never would have converted that 4th and a mile.

Jones has looked better under Daboll, but the offensive scheme is very limited between personnel and injuries. They've been running up to 8 linemen out there on plays, it's so bad. They won't be in very good position to draft another QB, I think he can be functional with a better line and group of receivers. Any new QB, how do you develop him under these conditions?
