    I hate flood control too.
  2. I have no pictures but a friend of mine looks just like Robert. It's scary the resemblence.
  3. Anyone still here? Vannis, I was just thinking a bout you before I got on. I hope you're family is okay, and that all is as well as it can be.
  4. Haven't seen the top on before! Thanks.
  5. There's also a Robert's Jeans thread and a Robert's Smile thread. And your welcome.
  6. I always thought it was clapping. But it could be one of those wooden things. I don't know what they're called but two pieces of wood that slap together. EDITED: I got it, it's drum sticks being slapped together!
  7. I believe in God. But I'm also a Christian who listens to Led Zeppelin and I'm told basically that you can't do both.
  8. Welcome cerisaye. Hopefully you stick around here, you seem to be nice.
  9. 1. How long have you been listening to Led Zeppelin? Since before I was four so about 11.5 years. 2. What would you say is your favourite album of theirs? Led Zeppelin 4. 3. Your favourite song(s)? Stairway To Heaven, The Rain Song, Ramble On, Babe I'm Gonna Leave You, South Bound Saurez 4. In terms of design, what would you say is their most powerful album sleeve? In Through The Out Door. It's perfect because the bag creates the mystique of what cover will you get, showing the power and mystique of the band. The bar scene is very simple, and shows you just how it is. The band itself isn't complex. Just four guys, there to make music. 5. What colours or colour schemes would you generally associate with the band? Navy, Black, Orange, Yellow, Red, Rich Green. 6. During which period of their career would you say they were at their creative peak? Physical Graffiti. They were really at a constant in their creativity but PG just shows the vastness of it. 7. In general, what do you think would be the most effective means of introducing the band’s music to the younger generations? I don't know. I am the younger generation but I learned about it from my dad. I'd say tv, but I do NOT want Zep on tv like that. 8. Who or what made you start listening to them? My dad. 9. Apart from the obvious iconic image of the zeppelin, what do you think is the strongest form of imagery associated with the band? The Object from Presence 10. Finally, in no more than five words, what do you love about Led Zeppelin? Power, mystique, magic, whirlwind, majestic Hope I helped.
  10. I don't believe that we are alone. Do I believe in little green men on Mars? No. In some other galaxy far far away there's life. I also believe in Big Foot and Loch Ness. Sorry though spats I'm not a scam artist.

Know-it-alls. And people who just cause problems.
  12. I'm going to redesign my entire idea and come back to post it because I've gotten some good ideas.
  13. I don't have pictures but I can tell you some of my stuff. I have a lot and it just keeps growing. I have tweleve 45s. Including the limited edition released in '75 from PG. I have a first pressing 45 from 3, it's IS and HHWCID. I have a jukebox 45 too. And a prom of Fool In The Rain. First pressing of all vinyl but 1 and Coda. Coda is in the mail to me right now though. I have all covers of ITTOD but A and D. Lots of posters and tshirts. Russian dolls, a little Jimmy Page action figure, belt buckles, magazines, books, DVDs, Mothership Promo tshirt and other promo pins and stickers. A glass, but it's arrived cracked, promo poster from Knebworth. Copies of all the albums on vinyl. I have more but I'm done think ing about it. If I get around to it I'll take and post pictures.
  14. What if you got a shower cap and then only washed your hair every other day? That might help.
  15. First off, I totally deserved to go. (Sorry, that sounds so snotty.) Not to be concieted or anything but I think I did. I didn't get to go, but I'm okay with that. I'm a huge fan, and missed them the first time. I wasn't meant to go or I would've been there with everyone else. Secondly, whose to say that all those people who didn't "deserve" to go, aren't fans now? Maybe even if it was just one person who went decided they like Zep. Isn't that worth it?
  16. Jimmy Page did all of Tangerine. As for the first album, we can't really be too sure who wrote what. For a lot of reasons, main ones being: 1. Robert was still under contract with CBS so he couldn't be listed on the album. (As mentioned above.) 2. Jimmy says that he tried to share the credits evenly with Bonzo and Jonesy. He also noted that "some people" didn't appreciete it, and that the comment was no way directed towards Bonzo.
  17. If they had done a duet together my head would explode. That'd would be amazing.
  18. Well, Spats, you have finally said something I agree with. Totally. There isn't part of the post I would like to change.
  19. I've been here a while. I'm going to go.
