Ev, it's inside that is the most important...but seems your not happy with it and as you said it, it's only a phase. Life's to short to not make it what you want it to the best of your ability. I hate to work out, but I do it as it actually makes me feel better, and I can fit in my clothes! I hate routines, but love weight's. Sometimes I quit for a few months and I start noticing I am actually more tired than when I am not working out. And when I have to start back I literally hate it for about three weeks....then it gets better. Plus as I get older it's much harder to lose weight. I'm now hovering around 225. 6 feet tall. I'm a big-boned man. I carry a lot of upper body weight, but I'm not "flabby". I don't consider myself obese. I just lack tone. I do however have calf muscles that could snap yer neck!!! Sorry, I'm proud of those guns! Haha! Consider me a draft horse, not a thoroughbred. I can carry an 85 pound pack up a hill all day, step by step. Drop packs and run and I'll be last guy to reach the waterhole!

BUK
Love lookin' at all the old pix, peeps. My God the pitiful hairdoos I had... From '67... to '75... to '77 (the clothing optional decade)... to '78 (OMG what was I thinking)... to '79 (the vertically challenged years)... The only known picture of me in the '80's.... I skipped almost 3 decades and this is what happened to me... (not bad for almost 55 - God's been good to us)

No, the pic is from 2 years ago. The pic wasn't posted to give the finger to Ed. I can see why that could have been misinterpreted. My bad. The pic was posted to illustrate that my "timeline" goes from the kid at the table, to the mulleted guy in the next pic (girlfriend's idea, I SWEAR!), to the current long-hair in the "No Job, No Money, No car, But I'm in a Band" t-shirt. Using the one with the finger was top say "Fuck you, fuck me, fuck it!". It wasn't meant as a "Go fuck yourself" to anyone in particular. *edit to add* The irony is that I wasn't online yesterday at all! I was completely unaware of all this fighting until I caught up the thread just now! I guess this one would have been a better choice!
