  1. thanks for the pictures, set list and reviews, y'all. R
  2. My handwriting is in all caps (my E's looks like C's with a line in the middle). It looks like some kind of hiroglyphics. R
  3. Maybe they'll (the 3 Js and whoever) get Will Ferrill (as Ron Burdandy) to report the official news of the tour. R
  4. His hair kind of reminds me of Rod Stewart's. R
  5. Hi Melissa, Glad you and your friends got to attend the concert last night and met Robert. Can you see if you can get the photo of your friend with Robert? It'd be cool to see it (and I'm sure others wouldn't mind it either). Thanks for sharing your experience. R
  6. How about one of these? : Zed Leppelin PB & J (does sound good) ... The Mothership Jimmy's Back & The Attack Swansong We're back The Theremen (like Theremin) Rock 'N Roll Laughter No Sigil For You R
  7. Yes, RIP, Bonzo. You are missed. R
  8. Thankz, Z4L!!! It's Zeptember!!! (my favorite month, too, as my b-day was last Sunday)... R
  9. society has just become too voyeuristic (with all of the cameras on cell phones, stalkerratzi, mainstream media now reporting more on Palin's fashion (hair, glasses, dress) than on important issues like how the Fed Reserve bought out/put a bandaid on/added to the US debt (economy) or how lives were lost in Hurricane Ike or something... What goes on in private should remain that.... The element of mystery that Zeppelin had needs to remain the same. R
  10. Sadly, I lost my dad, too, in 1993... He wasn't a big fan of Led Zep, but respected that I was/am. He was a pilot and into real estate. One of my best friend's (here in Atlanta, a sound designer and a big Zep fan like most of us around here dad was also a pilot, who happened to fly JP, RP, Bonzo, JPJ and their wives up to NYC for the premiere of TSRTS in 1976 on a rare night. R
  11. audio and video exists for the Atlanta '95 P&P shows. please refer to the very first response (above)... R
  12. Good, but can always be better. My birthday is Sunday, so if anyone wants to send me anything... R
  13. I heard they did, but if you know or have it then, there you go. I heard they did play it on like three or so of their earliest shows on that leg of early 1975 tour. R
  14. how about more cowbell??? http://www.soundboard.com/sb/Cowbell_Sounds_clip.aspx R
  15. I'm interested in getting/hearing Vancouver '75 (as they played "Wanton Song" as well as few others before they were dropped early from that tour and reports indicate that Plant's voice suffered shortly after the first 3 or so dates of that tour as well due to cold/flu or something). R
  16. Cool name, Kiss of Fire (from Plant's "29 Palms" song). Welcome to the forum. I'll have to order the book. R
  17. Change for the better or worse (is the question).... Quite frankly, I don't like either candidate. I believe the two party system is corrupt and both cater to special interest groups. Anytime a third party tries to get in on the "game", they are squashed by the media (who work the system/game) with the advertisers/BIG BiZ who pay them (those appointed candidates in their two party system) to play. R
  18. Yes. Great minds think alike. R
  19. My favorite Plant solo album is: Fate of Nations closely followed by Mighty Rearranger. "Calling To You" just rocks each time you play the cd... There's so many great cuts on both (well, all of his solo cds), but these two came to mind first (for today). R
