chillumpuffer
Mild mild mild again. Cycled to the village in a light knit. The skies have lightened a touch. So light grey as opposed to the dark grey of the last 2 weeks. Forecast a rare sight tomorrow. The current bun

chillumpuffer
Even weirder than yesterday. I have just cleaned the windows outside of CP towers and I have a sweat on ( and not because of the heights and a ladder). It is clear, sunny and warm. Like May. Temp @ 16c. What is going on? Walter
I'm sorry to hear about your friends house! Thank god they weren't home. Hopefully the bad weather has passed by you. Here it is same old, same old. Record highs, 84 but feels like 88 - with 65% humidity - a/c still running like mad! The next day that might be cooler is Friday if the high pressure system can be moved by the approaching front...
Strider
A friend of mine lost his home last night when the monster tornado in the video below took his house. Thank god he and his family were not there when it hit... Shouldn't they be driving away from the tornado?Weather has been strange...it's as if the map has flipped. East coast temps warmer than West coast.Good luck to all those in the Tornado Zone.

Walter
Just another "new normal" December 30th day in central Florida - 91 degree heat index at 1 pm.
paul carruthers
^^ Yeah, the cold weather hasn't kicked in here in North Florida either--the AC is working overtime this month. Maybe the new year will bring a cold snap with it--I can only hope....
Walter
Supposed to cool down this weekend...but it keeps getting put off day after day. Now it's Saturday that'll be the first cool day - it was originally Thursday. We shall see - this high pressure just won't move, just like our summer pattern. Hence all the rain in the Mississippi Valley and mid-west.
