maven2blue Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 I couldnt finish watching it, I was laughing too hard. Plant would be good in a Hee Haw comedy skit. I'm talking about his "country twang" in One Woman Man. It was painful to listen to this. Till now, I've loved the Raising Sand tour. I was at the first show in Louisville and enjoyed it very much. But this, I don't know. Quote
mos6507 Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 I wonder if Robert would dare pull out Hot Dog. Quote
Styrbjorn Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 Yee ha! Quite the funniest thing I've seen in ages. I bet the next album is full of George Jones covers and comes with a free stetson. Truck drivers of the world unite, that's right up there with Diamond Dave's bluegrass version of "Jump." Quote
brspled Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 It would take an army to make AK's face move. And I thought I hated Hot Dog Quote
Hotplant Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 C'mon guys....we just can say we like it. Maybe it's me, but R&A just seem ...wierd...when they have nothing to do during the song..like wandering around wondering where or what to do............ And the "flirty" behaviour is Gone....REALLY gone! Quote
FireOpal Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 Apparently Mr. Plant was ill the day this was filmed? Quote
mos6507 Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 It would take an army to make AK's face move. You're implying botox? Quote
Knebby Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 You're implying botox? No I'm sure it's perfectly natural. Quote

eternal light Posted May 12, 2008 Author Posted May 12, 2008 I'm talking about his "country twang" in One Woman Man. I thought it was kind of sweet really. It made me want to give him a hug; just too cute. Quote

eternal light Posted May 12, 2008 Author Posted May 12, 2008 I agree - I like his Alabama-by-way-of-Worcestershire accent It's as if he's a teenager singing to his rockabilly albums all over again. Quote

eternal light Posted May 14, 2008 Author Posted May 14, 2008 It's hard to say about Robert the Rounder Plant. Quote
FireOpal Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 Maybe his fire needs a brand new flame... though I don't wish unhappiness upon anyone. Let's hope that Robert is keeping Jimmy's phone number handy, as he says he does Just in case he's ready for something else. Quote
