    Your Cell Phone

I manage to keep all of my mobile phones scratch free (current one a little over two years old). My phone when I am out and about goes in my left hand trouser pocket all on it's lonesome, no keys, no coins, nothing, just my phone.
  2. You got that right (X 2).
  3. Tin Star (Liverpool) series three, absolutely bonkers. A lot of recognisable location shots local-ish to where I live. (within 20/30 mins)

    Your Cell Phone

We've come a long way from the days when the only people who had mobile phones were poser businessmen and drug dealers.
  5. If you read back a page or two (I know it's a hard thing to do) You will find that SAJ has already stated she is/was married to Victor Lownes.
  6. In the Can ? Never heard of it, what venue, what year, what month, what day was it recorded, AUD or SBD.
  7. One of the greatest footie players ever, but he will never be forgotten for his 100% deliberate handball goal against England in the 86 World Cup Tournament. Nevertheless RIP Maradona.
  8. Also, before I talked to the messages I would pick up the phone and remain silent, that too ended the call, I knew it was a scammer from the caller display. After doing that for a while I would answer the call with a grunt, then the recorded message would kick in, one of many, so that's when I had the thought that somebody was waiting for an answer so they could press a button to start the recorded message. When I started "talking" to them and the call would come to an abrupt end mid message, sometimes with the click of a receiver I knew I wasn't being mad talking back to them.
  9. Update, I've discovered that the Recorded Message type of call that there is someone listening in, waiting for the bait to be taken. I now talk to them, "I know you are listening fukwad, did you know your mother has "*** with ****", one of the many insults I have thrown at them, the line soon goes dead, mid message.
  10. Yeah, Ok. One is allowed to dream. The Oakland incident was two years later btw.
  11. Don't worry, the drug companies are doing all they can to get it out, the drug companies, that's the drug companies , right, nobody else. Happy Thanksgiving.
  12. How's that work then, what has a tree got to do with anything. Would Bonzo still be alive.
  13. Painting the outside of window frames was something I used to groan about when they needed doing. Eight years ago I had all my windows and doors replaced with double glazed all white PVC frames, it cost a fair few quid but it was well worth it. All white, the only maintainence they need is wipe down with soapy water now and again.
  14. From what I recall reading the Maui stage was set up in a field across the road from the local community centre. The playing in the "volcano crater" story is a myth.
  15. Good point. There used to be a function for finding member locations that is long gone from the forum, it was sort of like google maps, may even have been google maps, can't recall for sure.
  16. It's just PT being PT, he hates everything, especially The Who. He's always been a grumpy git, I wouldn't take any of his hate this hate that too seriously. The "press" lap it up so he gives them what they want.
  17. Yep, I was only listening to American Beauty (reality) Quad version just the other day. I have all the studio albums digitally and a few live shows. Check these out, they could relate to LZ shows. Anyone who is obsessed with bootlegs will relate to these clips.
  18. King Crimson 21st Century Schizoid Man from the USA live album, well the whole album actually.
  19. Ha Ha, I've been sitting looking down to the bottom of the garden at my shed, behind the door is my leaf blower/vacuum waiting to leap into life. But there are so many leaves covering the grass it would take forever, besides they are sodden at the mo. The easy option is to look towards the grass that is at hand and a nice steaming hot mug of PG, maybe some munchies to go with them.
  20. I had the same thought, but the ground is too wet. Heavy clay where I live makes mowing almost impossible October onwards.
  21. Unseasonably warm for the time of year.
  22. That's some distance, I can't remember the last time I drove anywhere that took me three and a half hours. I hate driving, even a one hour is too far for me.
