chef free
Yes, Close to the Edge. I've been listening to their new release "7 from '72", a complete digital remaster of the seven shows they multi-tracked during the making of "Yessongs". If you are (were) a Yes fan, these shows are worth a listen. And if the $70 price tag is too much, (I think that's a good deal for a 14 disc set!) they released a compilation called Yes Progeny. chef free
Blue Train is just STUCK in my head for the past week. Usually I can kill an ear worm with a few loud listenings but this one won't go away! So I've been listening to a bunch of live Page and Plant all week... Ddladner
^^^ I want that song to be stuck in my head! RIP Maurice White and thanks for the wonderful music that filled many nights of dancing.
Strider
Oh man, this song and entire scene is such a treat...choreography by the great Agnes de Mille. I hadn't seen "Oklahoma!" in some time but I have to say I think it's my favourite Rodgers & Hammerstein musical. Which puts it in the running for greatest musical of all-time. Sorry Ddladner and Kiwi Zep, I even put it ahead of "Sound of Music"...just barely. Edited February 6, 2016 by Strider

Cecil.
I found myself humming Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, while waiting for the laptop to start up. If this keeps up I will wandering around with a shopping trolley full of beer cans and shouting at the sky.
Strider
^^^Haha, that happens to me a lot, Cecil. Woke up this morning with this song rattling around my noggin': Edited February 6, 2016 by Strider
Kiwi_Zep_Fan87
All this talk of The Good, The Bad And The Ugly, resulted in me trying to hum the opening notes of the theme tune while cooking this evening aaaand I (instead) ended up sounding like a wolf that was howling in pain!
