^ 9 for what I assume is an obscure Zeppelin reference, although I had to Google the image.

Well-played, sir.

I didn't know one could google images! --I'm doing it as we speak, amazing...

I believe we owe this wonder of technology to the XML language?

Thanks for the tech update! By the way, Type O was some sort of goth band?

Yes, Type O Negative was kind of goth metal.

October Rust was my favorite album.

Good stuff.

Ever heard of Faith & the Muse? I had a period in my early to mid-twenties where I'd only listen to Goth music, I amassed a number of records which I no longer listen to. Never wore any of the costumes or make-up though, I think I once showed up at the Vic Theatre in Chicago sporting jeans and a white-T and the doorman asked whether I was attending the correct party -there was an urban Gothic crowd inside!

Here's the cover of Faith & Muse's "Elyria", the band performing at the Vic that day:

Yeah, I wasn't a "goth", but I liked Type O Negative.

I created the username during the time October Rust came out, and I started using it at every forum.

Never been one to assume a personality or trend and dress accordingly.

Even now, when I go to a concert, the absolute LAST thing I would consider wearing is a band T-shirt (truth is, I don't own any - but still).

It's just so cliche.

I liked grunge when it came out, but I didn't start wearing flannel shirts and shit, lulz.

EDIT: Guess I could participate in the thread, huh!

For zepscoda's AV -

^^ 8/10 ^^

Kinda trippy, reminds me of some of the graphics Tool uses.
