Electrophile
Smoking is such a disgusting habit. Good on you for giving it up. You can do it, we all have a ton of confidence in you.
FuzzyMerkin
IU know you are lol, We did that a few years back gave up for 3 months and went to North Africa withthe proceeds But this time i am doing it for good !! I just feel so low when I smoke that I just had to stop !! Trick for when the acute urge to smoke grabs you: Try to visualize what it would be like to chew a ciggie ...then lean back and take a very deep breath (or two).... enjoy the air... ...before running run off to buy a ton of sweets. Good luck to you!
manderlyh
I bought my cat a little cat bed last week. He hasn't used it yet. Looks like he's going to crawl in there!

manderlyh
Our dog is a snow dog. He tries to do that in our snow--Boise rarely gets more than an inch in a week. It almost always melts within 24 hours, but he always tries to burrow in it.
brspled
To know that the dad of one of my dearest friends will not have to go through some difficult medical procedures. I'm soooooo relieved! And happy!
I Am
I Am happy that God has been the resolution of all my thoughts. My mind goes in every direction ... but when I conclude each thought, however disparate, varied and tangential, it always comes to rest in the thought of God. I know I may sound like I am being idealistic at best ... or fake at worst ... but at the conclusion of each and every thought I have had today I always ended up thinking about God. And it brings me such a beautiful comfort and rest. It's like when you go out to play as a child; pretending, exercising, fantasizing and being utterly involved with the minutia of every wonderous, tiring and confusing experience ... then coming back to to the lap of Mom who strokes your face with tender fingertips and tells you that you have had a long day and that She loves you ... while you fall asleep into dreams that are exactly like the experiences you had during the full day of play. All the while Mom sings softly to you, and lets you sleep in Her Big, Warm, Loving lap ... comfortable and secure. Because She is the One who let you play while the Sun was out ... and She is the One who lets you dream in her loving arms when the Moon rises and it's time to go to sleep. I Am always Home. I hope that each and every one of you feel this way someday. Because I Love You. -0-

Rorer's been off work for awhile, and I've been spending a lot of time with him...we've been going exploring There are a lot of nature trails around here, and there are a whole bunch he hasn't been to even though he's lived in this area for 25 years...we decided to check some of them out

Black Dawg
I increased my mileage to 6.5 miles today My twin daughters had dinner waiting when I arrived home. One of the staff told me how interesting my Government lesson was today. Today's Mrs Dawg's b-day and she reminded me that I proposed to her on her b-day 21 years ago. 1-30-2008 was a good day Edited January 31, 2008 by Black Dawg
