Sathington Willoughby
As a kid of the 90's, this show is one of my all time favourites! Thanks for posting, Sath! Also, here are 2 other shows that I practically grew up watching in the 90's, which I love even to this day! haha yea I'm embarrassed to admit I like Full House too. Very guilty pleasure lol. BTW, did you hear they are bringing it back? Wonder if they'll use the same theme... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Full_House#Spin-off_series
Kiwi_Zep_Fan87
^^^Awww...Sath! There is nothing to be embarrassed about!! Full House was a really lovely family comedy! Those who can't understand that, are really missing out! I did hear about "Fuller House". I wish the storyline hadn't made D.J a widow, though! But anyway, I am very interested in seeing this spin-off series! Pretty exciting if you ask me! Here is another show whose theme I really love and is one of my all time favourites from the UK: And yes, I love the Smurfs And Scooby Doo Top Cat! Strider
^^^Love the Wacky Races and Top Cat, Kiwi Zep!!! haha yea I'm embarrassed to admit I like Full House too. Very guilty pleasure lol. BTW, did you hear they are bringing it back? Wonder if they'll use the same theme... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Full_House#Spin-off_series Mary-Kate and Ashley still weigh about the same as they did on the show, so they can still use them for the remake. Kiwi_Zep_Fan87
One of the grooviest theme tunes ever! And this one is one of my favourite TV theme tunes from the 21st century: Edited May 7, 2015 by Kiwi_Zep_Fan87
Virginia
Lots of great ones up there! I cannot believe I forgot this one; I love this! And a couple of instrumental themes that will summon me to the tv/laptop from miles away:

Strider
Pardon if I didn't see 'The Munsters' You're the first to post it...I'm shocked PC hadn't posted it yet. I purposely didn't post The Munsters last night because I know how much Paul loves the show and I wanted to let him have the pleasure of posting the song. Just as Kiwi Zep loves Looney Tunes, so I left that off my posts so she could post it. But since PC abstained, the pleasure is all yours redrum. The Munsters is definitely a groovy tune. TypeO
Just as I was beginning to wonder if there was any way I could be more certain we were separated at birth (you know, besides the whole couple years difference in ages thing), you sealed the deal with Beany and Cecil. You just threw me into about a 45 year time warp. Thanks. By the way, since I didn't see it...

You just threw me into about a 45 year time warp. Thanks. By the way, since I didn't see it... Yes, my slip (age) is showing, hahaha. Since "Beany and Cecil" don't get the syndicated reruns that other cartoons get, I doubt anyone under 50 knows about the show. "That 70s Show" was a good one...one of the few modern ones that I like, along with "Seinfeld", "Curb Your Enthusiasm", "Sopranos", "The Simpsons", and "South Park". One of the reasons I hated the "Friends" theme song was that it ushered in the era of the whiny theme song. That and the sappy "Party of Five" theme opened the floodgates to emo wimpery; songs whining about how life sucks and their love life's on D.O.A. Yawn...I don't want to hear whining when I sit down to watch a sitcom. C'mon get happy! So here are some of the classic sitcom themes I remember, beginning with another obscurity that will show my age, "Nanny and the Professor"..."Phoebe Figalilly is a silly name..." Kiwi_Zep_Fan87
Just as Kiwi Zep loves Looney Tunes, so I left that off my posts so she could post it.. Don't forget Merrie Melodies, Strider! I was initially a bit hesitant to post the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies theme tunes since they weren't exactly TV shows per se, but these tunes are so iconic and are definitely worth an honourary mention! And here is Daffy's rendition
