Actually, I quit smoking weed 10 years ago. After decades of doing everything I could get my hands on, I've settled into a steady diet of beer and cigarettes. But I've nothing against anyone who enjoys good weed! I like a nice pub these days. Now if I were in Amsterdam....

Evster2012
Gotta tell ya Hotplant, when I lived up above Santa Cruz we had Roy's New Leaf Market. All organic. It was about a mile walk, but I'll tell ya, taking that daily walk to Roy's and stopping off at Verutti's liquor store for a sixer of some really good beer was probably the time I was most healthy. Shit, in between my house and those shops was the Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park and its wonderful trails and hikes. I used to hit those on my way home from work and literally wade across the San Lorenzo River to my back porch! "Honey I'm home!" with our dinner and my boots slung over my shoulders. Man I should have stayed there!

Evster2012
That park had a nice campground when I stayed there in the 70s. It still does. And there's the Roaring Camp Railroad right across the river where they have some great festivals! But yeah, I was lucky enough to rent a house that was right on the river, directly across from the picnic grounds and the nature center. I lived in that house for years. I would wake up to the sounds of families on the nature walk trail (which was right across from my bedroom window). It was a very happy time.
