Strider
Week 3 picks: ARIZONA...Why couldn't this game have been in December with a blizzard blowing in from Canada? Then the Bills might have a chance. Could this be Sexy Rexy and Doofus Rob's last game as the architects of Buffalo's destruction? OAKLAND...Raiders stink at morning east coast games...but I am keeping hope alive. MIAMI...Miami has to win one eventually....they aren't gonna go 0-16, are they? BALTIMORE GREEN BAY...Last week's Detroit game was appalling...enough to send any rational Lion fan to the brink...Detroit is the NFC's version of the Cleveland Browns...ineptitude for eternity. CINCINNATI...I am getting the heebie-jeebies making this pick..."never trust a ginger QB" is one of my mottos...but I couldn't stomach picking Denver again. CAROLINA...Cam erasing all doubt the Panthers were a one-year-wonder? NY GIANTS...NO! We don't like that, Kirk Cousins. TAMPA BAY...Last week's Rams game was a reminder why I hated the Rams growing up...so many 9-3 bore-a-thons with Chuck Knox's patented "3-yards and a cloud of field goals" offense putting foes and viewers alike to sleep. SEATTLE...In the 12th Man I trust. KANSAS CITY INDIANAPOLIS...Have I told you how I loathe Philip Rivers and San DiLame-O? PITTSBURGH...Too soon to trust a rookie against the Steelers. DALLAS..Big D might soon stand for Big Dak. NEW ORLEANS...Brees in the Superdome I trust. Who DAT! Strider
Huge ramifications to tonight's Monday Night Football tussle between Atlanta and New Orleans. Not for the week...Mrs. W wins the week no matter what happens tonight. But there will be a shakeup in the season standings depending on who wins tonight. Also, for the first time ever since we have been doing this pool, Rick's, Paul's, Walter's, ebk's, jb126's, and my teams all won in the same week. Strider
I forgot to note that the Indianapolis @ Jacksonville game is in London, England and starts at 6:30 in the morning. That time zone switch may affect how you want to pick the game, so any of you want to switch your picks let me know. Just post here the team you are switching to and as long as your post is before kickoff, I will note it in my book.

Strider
Indianapolis...England has declared NFL Commish Roger Goodell Public Enemy #1 for his incessant scheduling of the Jackoffs in London. What did England do to deserve such a cruel fate? New England...Keep talking Rex. Houston Detroit Atlanta NY Jets..."West coast team flying east for a morning game" curse. Baltimore...Curse, part deux. Washington Denver Arizona Dallas...I want Chip Kelly to be destroyed, embarrassed...he is everything I cannot stand about college hot shot coaches that come into the NFL...and San Francisco deserves what they get after what they did to Harbaugh.
