Never underestimate Dementia Joe's ability to screw things up.

Macron is criticizing Biden for calling Putin “a butcher”. The French president says it’s not constructive.

“I would not use that kind of language. If a ceasefire is to be brokered, we must not escalate — neither through words nor actions.”

DEMENTIA JOE RISKS WW3 AS HE CALLS FOR REGIME CHANGE IN RUSSIA – The Phaser

What we should do is send up some American Jets with the Chinese AKA Gyna Flag on our F-22 Jets and bomb the shit out of the Russia. Then sit back and watch China and Russia go to war with each other. That’s a direct quote from the obese Orange Orangutan. Brilliant. That guy is a thinker. What’s funny about that is him talking tough in any way shape or form. That fat piece of shit couldn’t fight his way out of a wet paper bag. And never once was in a fist fight. Let alone an actual combat zone. What a joke.

Nice! Looks like the kinda place where you can sit and read for hours, and they won't kick you out.

There was a great local bookstore in Santa Cruz. Logos, it carried everything from books to music and coffee. Got my favorite Zeppelin Bootleg ever from that place in 95. I’ll post a picture of the Bootleg. It is a mix of 5 CD’s that spans the years. Has some Celtic designs on it along with a booklet with pictures of the men through their career together. I’ve never seen another copy. But I love local book stores. They are a dying industry. At least in the Bay Area.

I'll never understand the thinking about Pearl Jam being the band of the 90s--or whatever they were being touted as during their heyday. Even Flow was a pretty good song, but the rest of it, I'll just pass & put on some STP....

I agree with you. STP were amazing, many groups in that era were. I hate to be this guy, but Eddie Vedder always bothered me. 10 was a god album. But Alice, STP, Rage, RHCP, Soundgarden, shit many bands were putting out superior music in my opinion. Scott, and Layne are in my top 5-10 front men ever. Loved both of those guys. Scott was an unbelievable vocalist and song writer .

Lot of truth in that. The 60's weren't much different.

They were different and very similar in a lot of ways. Specifically musically. The great thing about that era for me was, you had an amazing amount of good music coming out from bands in the late 80’s early 90’s like Janes addiction, STP, Alice, Smashing, all kinds of groups, but you still had guys like Neil Young, Page and Plant, the Stones, Paul, Pink Floyd, Grateful Dead, The Who, Lynyrd, Paul Rogers, all kinds of groups that were a decade or two older than that generation and still around their prime performing and we were able to see great performances from that generation, your generation that is, along with our generation and it was in my opinion one of the greatest eras of music. Simply because we still had the greatest era, along with a pretty good era of music. That late 80’s early 90’s era was certainly better than the Hair Metal crap that was from 83-88. That was a dreadful period in music with a few exceptions. Prince, and a few others.

Cheers. Hope to hear more of your music Red.

Layne is my favorite of the grunge vocalist and one of my top 5 vocalist. The guy was not simply an extremely gifted singer, his tone and pitch were absolutely perfect, but his phrasing and the texture of his voice were so damn unusual and haunting. Check out Layne's isolated vocals from various tunes to see how truly gifted a singer he was.

The live version of 'Jane Said' is one of my fave songs. Love the steel drums. Here's my latest post (45 seconds) on Freesounds. Haven't posted lately because of some sort of squeak noise on their end. They can't explain it and it's damned frustrating. Hate to lose the site, but I will not post if it keeps up.

"The Academy does not condone violence of any form," the organization tweeted. "Tonight we are delighted to celebrate our 94th Academy Awards winners, who deserve this moment of recognition from their peers and movie lovers around the world,"

Uhhhh....yes, you do!  Not only did you allow Smith to return to his seat and stay rather than have security escort him out of the venue, you later GAVE HIM A FREAKIN" AWARD!

Just more self righteous B.S. from the Hollywierd hypocrites!

It was obviously staged to create a buzz about a show no one watches anymore.

Smith just proved what an absolute POS his is, and a cuckold as well. Smith was seen, on camera, laughing his ass off at the joke Rock said...until Mrs. Smith gave Will the stink eye, leaned over and said something to him. Only then did Mr. Dope get up and smack Rock. And for what? A joke about Jada being bald? Boo hoo!!! Jada suffers from alopecia, many men and women who are not billionaires suffer from alopecia and they don't smack people for commenting on their lack of hair. Jada is so damn rich she could probably get a full scalp transplant if she wanted to.

Since it is obvious who wears the pants, exclusively, in their messed-up family, I guess old Will holds the camera while the pool-boy is in for a jolly rogering with Jada. I wonder if she wears a wig with said pool-boy?

Can you imagine what would have happened if it were a white actor who slapped rock?  Would it be applauded as chivalrous or would blm be rioting over a black man being struck by a white man on national tv for a joke at an awards show known for jokes?  Does anyone remember when rock made allusions towards smith and wife having an open relationship??  She laughed at the time and Will looked a bit green in the gills over it but there was no violence.

Will and Jada are 2 of the most privileged people on the planet and should be able to take some good natured ribbing.

Me thinks thou doth protest too much.

What do you call the mark left on Chris Rock's face?

Fresh Prince

That's a great joke!!    I would have loved to see rock grab will by the arm and then use some kind of martial arts on him and take him down. Now that would have been funny.

You know, people are made fun of all the time. Fat jokes, skinny jokes, bald jokes, momma jokes, jokes about a questionable past, jokes about your cooking or driving, bad hair day jokes, ugly jokes, jokes jokes jokes, we need jokes.  Women are equal now, are we supposed to take it easy on jada because she's a woman who doesn't grow hair?   Wait, I'm not a biologist so I do not have the knowledge to categorize this person.

If a lefty asks you, "are you a biologist" when talking about women tell'em, "no", but I slept at a holiday inn last night so I know an asshole when I see one".

Were there any white people there? 😄

Not enough. The Academy did find three unattractive non-white, anti-white women to virtue signal. You gotta love the debate on if Smith should be punished. Many of the attendees say no. Black privilege.
