Kayte Posted September 27, 2010 Posted September 27, 2010 I got so much crap I should be doing... But ah well! Any of these faces look familiar???? Ah ha! I can match that one up with this one I've had for years... Midnight Special with JJ Jackson and Phill Maym And now I know where this one came from: Here's a coupla more I stumbled across. Apologies if they've already been posted (I looked through the thread, but some images don't load anymore.) Eric Clapton Heart I want to say the gentleman between Mr. and former-Mrs. Plant is named "Clive?" Don't know.... And does anyone know who the adorable old lady is? Or anyone know the story? Quote
thozil Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 Calling all experts, textperts, choking smokers...sorry, wrong band... We are having a problem at the "Jimmy's Smile" thread deciding if this is a picture of Jackie DeShannon or a random fan, or someone else entirely. Please advise. Actress Susan George...maybe? Quote
Aquamarine Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 No, definitely not Susan George--looks like Jackie DeShannon to me. (Though as the question was asked in 2008, maybe they've solved it by now? ) Quote
SteveAJones Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 And does anyone know who the adorable old lady is? Or anyone know the story? I believe she was just a guest staying at the same hotel who was fascinated by his hair. Quote

the chase Posted April 23, 2011 Posted April 23, 2011 It's adorable of Robert. Then again, he usually is. Also next to Joe Elliot, the late Mick Ronson. This must be from the Concert for Life either show or rehearsals. Quote
the chase Posted April 23, 2011 Posted April 23, 2011 (edited) and with Ian Hunter, Brian May, and some Leppards. (Didn't scan very well I'm afraid) try again ... plus Mick Ronson... Edited April 23, 2011 by the chase Quote

SteveAJones Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 (edited) Can't quite figure this one out. CAT! I haven't seen you in ages. This photograph was taken in July 2001 and shows Jimmy relaxing with Montreux Jazz Festival founder Claude Nobs at Le Picotin, Claude's residence overlooking Montreux. They are watching films together in the home cinema up in the attic which as you can see incorporated Swiss Air seats. Jimmy and Robert had been staying at the Montreux Palace hotel and played the festival on July 7th 2001. I was fortunate to be at that concert. Edited April 24, 2011 by SteveAJones Quote

I was sure it was someone's home theater, but beyond that, I had no clue. Quote
