Strider
Simultaneous reading these three, depending on my mood. In 2016, I read a lot on World War I, in 2017 World War II. This year I am revisiting the Vietnam War.

Strider
The former Prime Minister of Israel. Obviously, this is his side of the story but you do get a sense of the difficulties Israel has faced navigating the problems they face in the Middle East. Especially dealing with Yasser Arafat, who comes off as an idiot who had a failure of nerve during the Camp David Summit in 2000 that doomed the Palestinians. Whether it is Arafat, Hamas, the Palestinian Authority, the Palestinians have a knack for picking the worst leaders. Which is why people are tired of their whining and ridiculous stone-throwing antics. Even the Arab countries didn't say a peep in support of the Palentinians during the recent Gaza protests. To this day, after all the bleating about the poor Palestinians, Jordan remains the only Arab country in the Middle East that allows Palestinians citizenship. Zepfan2001
I put down the science book a month ago because it took too much energy to fully understand. I should restart reading it in a few months. Edited May 31, 2018 by Zepfan2001 I mispelled "understand"
