They played this song so much in the 70's that I got sick of it. Still don't like it. 😄

"Davey's On the Road Again

Wearing different clothes again"

They played that one as well. Manfred Mann's Earth band do get a bad rep?

You must be talking about the Manfred Mann cover version where it sounds like the singer is singing 'wrapped up like a douche'. Yeah, I got sick of that in a hurry...along with all of those "Breakfast In America" songs by Supertramp with Roger Hodgson's whiny voice.

Manfred Mann's Earth band had some good songs before that one   A friend of mine drove to Trenton NJ to see them one night back in the day.  A long ass drive from upstate NY. Of course the ride to see LZ was longer and on a bus. Very good concert I might add.

WoW!  We have reached a point where any human, doesn't matter what you look like can now walk up to a pregnancy help center and paint violent threats on the walls try to burn it down, tell people they aren't safe and not get arrested or investigated by the FBI and the news won't call it what it is. BUT then, the very same person can go and paint "we don't want you" at a drag queen story time for kids and get arrested for violence and threats! Oh the irony.

Imagine wanting to help innocent mothers and their babies is now some kind of horror but having drag queens dressed like demons read stories to kids is just fine. Not long ago it would be considered child abuse to take kids to a gay strip joint and have them put dollars down a gay mans pants.

The world is truly upside down.

I hate this kind of thing. It's truly child abuse.

There are drag queens who dress in demonic style, and it is not something kids need to see.

You are so right. How many kids have been read to by drag queens in demonic dress, verses how many children have been raped/violated by priests. My point is, being so upset over a kid being read to by a dude dressed in drag is sort of silly. It’s outlandish really. How about don’t let your kids in that situation. You may find that appalling, some may find it equally appalling that they sent their children to a safe place to practice spirituality and they were totally and utterly ruined.

I thought my country was founded upon separation of Church and state. I agree, kids should grow up and get to make their own choices. Meaning I shouldn’t be allowed to decide if they get to see that. There are some who feel the same way about religion, or spiritual practices.

I won't bother trying to explain my other post to you because if you don't see the duality there then it's not worth the effort to educate you.

You do know what the concept of apples and oranges is right??  If I bring my kid to a person or to a babysitter or enroll them in religion who deceives me and rapes my kid then shame on them because I was deceived. If I bring my kid to a gay strip club for the purpose of normalizing this kind of perversion in their mind out of some woke nonsense then shame on me but hey if you want your child exposed to this kind of bullshit then be my guest but keep your kink away from my kids. Ask yourself this, How would you feel if someone say the school or the city or your buddy said We'd like to take your child to or encourage you to take your 7 year old kids to a female strip club to put money down a strippers pants how you you feel?? would you like that? would you take your kids to that environment?  I highly doubt it and if you do shame on you. The day I take my kids or allow someone else to bring them to a gay strip joint to put dollars down a gay mans pants is the day I die

BTW, I was never a kiss fan. Not only was their gimmick stupid their music sucked too.

Sorry, BOTH are wrong.
