tyedye Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 You can't remember meeting Jimmy Page! http://www.myparkmag.co.uk/articles/celebs...forgets-zep.jsp Quote
LedZepChick Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 WTF?? That's just messed up......Geez, those crazy Oasis dudes..... Quote
guitarmy Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 those bastards. I guarantee if I ever meet Jimmy Page I'll be dryer than the desert on a hot summer day. Quote
songbird Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 I guarantee if I ever meet Jimmy Page I'll be dryer than the desert on a hot summer day. I don't think I would be. Quote
songbird Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 Come on he practically set it up for me. Quote
ninelives Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 Come on he practically set it up for me. I know - it was too easy Quote
59LesPaul Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 There was a "Biggest Loser In Rock" thread on the old board..... .......he just jumped up a few notches. Quote
Kissandra Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 I actually feel bad for him. I hope he remembers the concert at least! Quote
solar Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 The irony to all of this is, if this were the 70s, Jimmy wouldn't remember meeting them either. Or "meating" songbird, if that were the case Quote
BonzoEqualsGoodStuff Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 That is quite possibly the most depressing thing I've heard since my older brother told me HE didn't even know who Jimmy Page WAS... I was so embarrassed to be related to such a person. I cried for an hour. Quote

lzzoso Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Serves him right for being drunk. I agree. What an idiot. It is one thing to be excited and drink (or whatever) before a concert, but to get so drunk before a concert of this magnitude, is beyond comprehension. I have seen (not met) Jimmy Page solo (once), Robert Plant solo (10 times or more), John Paul Jones solo (3 times), the Jason Bonham band (once), the Firm (once) Page/Plant (6 times), Jimmy Page and the Black Crowes (once). Each and every time before the concerts I was so excited that I may have "indulged" a little too much, but never enough too not remember the concerts. To me these were "events" and not just concerts. I still feel that way. Quote
_Lena_Zep Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Not to remember something like that... Another reason why not to like Oasis and everything that comes with it (including that Noel whatever) Quote
bouncing~ship Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 lol when you got the jitters and start rubbing the back of your neck Quote
